“Julie was very good with her communication making the whole process pleasant and easy. The house fit our needs perfectly and garage access was a nice touch. Easy walking to downtown Hill City. We definitely recommend this property.”

“Bonnie View was an excellent location for our stay in the Black Hills. Convenient to all the places we needed to be for a family wedding. We had everything we needed with the 2 bedrooms (very comfortable beds) and the 2 bathrooms. Everything is new. The outdoor patio with the tables, fire pit and hot tub were appreciated. Very clean and well supplied with all the kitchen essentials. We met Casey and had some great conversations about his family history in the Black Hills. We will definitely come...

“This home was perfect for our trip to Rapid City. We spent time in the city and traveling throughout the Black Hills, and this was the perfect home base! The host was very fast and thorough with all communication, and was flexible around our departure time. The house was clean, and stocked with all of the necessities. Compared with other listings, the price was very reasonable and it was a nice, safe neighborhood. Thanks for making our stay easy so we could focus on enjoying our trip!”

“Perfect getaway spot for my husband and myself.”

“The perfect house in an incredible location! We loved spending our evenings out on the deck where most often we were joined by mule deer passing by. It is close to Keystone yet you feel away from the chaos of town! Amanda was fantastic to work with!!”

“This home was impeccably decorated and spotless. It is centrally located to all attractions and easy acess to stores and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed. ”

“This house was a great place for our family to stay while we explored all the Black Hills had to offer.”

“You can tell that the hosts take pride in their property and in welcoming their guests. Seemingly small details like neatly rolled towels at the ends of the beds and stamped bathroom tissue rolls are nice touches that highlight this. They also included complimentary bags of ice and provided extensive information and local guide books for the area. Jackie was also very responsive to any texts that we sent. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly stay again the next time we are in Rapid City.”
