It doesn’t have any water bottles refill, the coffe and teas station it’s just with the breakfast hours and no at night or any other time, we didn’t even have hot water for our teas, the bathroom door didn’t have a handle (it was broken), and in our room we didn’t have shower gel (it was empty)
