17th-century house just 300 meters from the sea, perfect for a peaceful stay while enjoying the beautiful setting of the Gulf of Morbihan. WiFi is available.



The house features a living room with a fireplace insert, a lounge with TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and freezer. There is a round table for 4, extendable to seat 6 or more. Programmable city gas heating. Ground floor WC and washing machine.



Upstairs: 2 bedrooms—one with a 140 cm bed; the second with a 140 cm bed, a 90 cm mezzanine bed, and a 90 cm bed in a small separate room. Bathroom with WC.



Enjoy a south-facing, private garden with terrace, retractable awning, outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and barbecue.



At 250 m, you can rent canoes and kayaks to explore the Gulf, take ferries to Île d'Arz, or a shuttle to Conleau (sea-water pool, beach) and discover Vannes by bike.

Bed linen, towels, and dishcloths are not provided and cannot be rented on site. Cleaning must be done by you or can be booked after your reservation for an extra fee.
