“This was our third time staying at this property and we enjoyed it just as much as the other times we’ve stayed here. We met one of the property owners. He was very helpful with questions we had. We let him know this was our anniversary and we always come here for our anniversary weekend. After a day of being out and about, we came back to a bottle of wine left for us, with note wishing us happy anniversary! We’ve already booked our stay for next year! Clean, pet-friendly, conveniently located....

“They served fresh fruit at breakfast honestly that was the only thing good offered the French toast they served was awful worst I’ve ever had and the sausage looked like 2 hard black hockey pucks , I’ve stayed at many B&B’s and the breakfast was always off the charts amazing , but this was really really bad , other than that it was a comfortable , clean stay and location was great ”

“Great find in Watkins Glen! Newly renovated with classic charm. The rooms are nicely decorated and cozy. It’s a quiet area with all rooms viewing Seneca lake. We didn’t get a chance to try the bar or restaurant, but it looked like a nice spot. 5 minute drive to local restaurants and Watkins Glen State Park. Decent prices everywhere, too. The only thing I didn’t appreciate is that not every room comes with a balcony. Apparently they are only available upon request, which Expedia did not disclose....
