Accommodatie was super. Zeker als je een scooter hebt. Ons is dat helaas niet gelukt ondanks pogingen van personeel we mochten het even proberen op de binnenplaats. Wij zijn gewoon met de Grab overal heen gegaan. Gaat ook prima. Staff was super aardig en eigenlijk was niks ze teveel. Internet was beetje traag op de kamer maar in de ontbijt ruimte prima. Wij gaan graag nog keer terug

Nice & net hotel

Food was very nice , but pls note there are not many options as the hotel is far from any restaurants also the internet is not that great as it keeps dropping out but besides that very lovely hotel

Restful Oasis

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Coconut. Boutique Resort. It was restful and peaceful. Beautiful room and an amazing bathroom. Everything is tidy and well taken care of. The meals in the restaurant are delicious and the staff are amazing and very kind. I spent my time with days by the pool or on the deck of my cabin and I would highly recommend.

Lovely huge rooms. Outdoor bathroom was really great and authentic. Had lovely hot shower water every day no matter what time we took showers. Room was cleaned every day. Staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They were so kind. We got our laundry done overnight which was super helpful given we were travelling for a month in Lombok. Would definitely recommend a stay. The pool was amazing and a really decent length.

Room: Great individual bungalows made out of wood. The bungalows were clean and spacious. The only downside is the bathroom. Bathroom is outdoor (surrounded by tall walls) which means lots of mosquito bites everytime you need to use the toilet, shower or sink. Amenities: A. The pool was nice and always clean. Staff were friendly, just keep in mind some have limited English. B. We booked our rooms with breakfast. Breakfast consisted of 3 options only: western; Nasi Goreng (chicken fried rice with egg on top); mi Goreng (chicken fried noodles). Vegetarian substitute can be done. It comes with fresh made juice, fruit plate, coffee/tea and water. The first day we didn't get fruits. The third and fourth day we didn't get water. A bit odd there but could be due to whomever were on duty. Location: It's a bit remote so you will need to travel via car or motorbike everywhere. Walking is an option, however, not comfortable with the heat and rain. Other: They help arranged a private island hopping your for us.

Stay at CocoNut

The complimentary breakfast was not too my liking. However, I liked the A La Carte. If you are a light sleeper there is a risk that you get woken up by nearby morning praying (I didn’t wake up). Location is 10-15 minutes from Senggigi with taxi. Hotel is good for resting 1-2 days in my opinion

Beautiful oasis

Quiet and cozy bit of paradise in an otherwise busy area. A quick taxi to many restaurants. Only 5point review would be the quality of the breakfast. Not really worth the 100,000 IDR but there wasn’t much other option. Staff were amazing and very accommodating

Stuff and hotel excellent although had 1 incident paid for club sandwich by pool and never received change even after asking for it. The mosque near by wakes you up at 4 AM every morning with very loud religious chanting through speakers and again at 6am then again later in day it’s that loud like it’s in the room with you. Good coffee shop near by called gem food and coffee shop hotel is a distance away from everything so you need taxi or bike to get around

Location not the best....we stayed in Senggigi first, and although the place wasn't quite as up-scale we enjoyed the location more.

everything was so perfect excepts for the mosquitoes. can't do anything about it. the mosquito repellent the hotel provided didn't help

Very nice hotel in the middle of nowhere

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The problem is that you are in the middle of nowhere. The next beach is Seggigi Beach(5 kilometres), no resturants or bars in walking distance. The hotel should offer a kind of shuttle service. The charlets are actutally very nice, also the swimming pool is great. The breakfast is ok except for the a ls carte days. The staff is so kind and helpful!! I would recommend for a short stay.

Nice hotel but location not ideal

The resort has a nice swimming pool and the room is reasonably comfortable. The bed is very comfy. However, the open bathroom design has invited mosquitoes and big gekkos in the bathroom. Almost every afternoon the village next to us would burn their garbage resulting in heavy smog. The resort has only 16 villas so the only restaurant had very limited choices of food. We had to take a 20 minutes taxi ride to Senggigi for dinner almost every evening. But the staff were very nice and helpful. If you are looking for only maximum of 2 nights stay as a stop over, it's a reasonable choice.

Pretty hotel, not too satisfying.

A really pretty hotel with a great pool. Unfortunately, the food was not satisfying and there weren't any other restaurants around. It takes 30mins by taxi to either go to restaurants to Senggigi or Mataram, so the location isn't great either. The beach is 30mins away, too. The staff was friendly, but gave us wrong information for our day trips, in the end all was ok, but just not what we expected.

Nice hotel with relaxed vibe

Me and my girlfriend were very spoilt for comfort here. The staff were more than happy to help us with anything! I recommend this hotel if your not looking at being in the more busier area of Kuta (further down south)

Very clean hotel and still new

I was scheduled stay a day in Coconut boutique hotel. It takes an hour by taxi from the Bangsal harbor. I recommend to take a Blue bird taxi which is reasonable price. This hotel staffs have smile face and welcome to us. Room condition was good arranged especially bathroom. I got a massage at the hotel also good experience. The hotel contact with Blue bird taxi. You can not miss the way and lose the money. I am only paid for 1700000 RP going to airport.
