  • Welcome travellers! Experience the charm of Isla in our beautiful townhouse designed with a clean & stylish interior!

    This spacious retreat features 4 inviting bedrooms, a large living area with a plush sofa and smart TV for entertainment!

    Our home features 2 private terraces, one being on the ground floor and the other is on the rooftop. Both of the terraces are equipped with furniture, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the stunning distant sea views!

    Welcome to Our Charming Townhouse in Isla! Nestled in the heart of this picturesque town, our beautifully refurbished traditional townhouse combines historic charm with modern elegance.

    The townhouse is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

    For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

    Living Area: | The generous living area boasts a large sofa, perfect for gathering with friends or family, and a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies, ensuring plenty of entertainment options during your stay.

    Kitchen: | Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, which features modern appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils. Perfect house, for both long and short term rentals !

    Whether you`re preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you`ll find everything you need.

    Back Terrace: | The ground floor offers a lovely back terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors or sipping your morning coffee at your own comfort.

    Double Bedroom: | One of the spacious bedrooms features a comfortable double bed and a charming Maltese balcony. This room also includes an ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience, making it an ideal sanctuary for relaxation.

    Additional Bedrooms: | 3 additional bedrooms offer a blend of comfort and style, with two also featuring an ensuite bathroom.

    Each room is thoughtfully designed to provide a restful atmosphere for all guests. With 4 double beds, our home can take up to 8 guests in total.

    Bathrooms: | With two stylish bathrooms, you’ll have plenty of space to refresh. One bathroom includes a luxurious bathtub, while the other features a convenient shower, catering to all your needs.

    Rooftop Access: | Head to the private rooftop for breathtaking distant sea views and a scenic outlook of the town.

    This space is furnished for comfort, making it an ideal spot to unwind under the stars or soak up the sun during the day!

    Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed.

    Laundry| The apartment includes a washing machine, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more comfort.

    24/7 Access to all the amenities of the townhouse including the terraces, balcony and laundry facilities.

    Isla is a quaint and picturesque town that boasts a rich cultural heritage.

    You will find a variety of local restaurants and cafés serving delicious Maltese cuisine, perfect for sampling local flavors.

    Take leisurely walks along the waterfront, where you can enjoy the stunning views of the harbor.

    Families can explore nearby parks and playgrounds, ensuring fun for everyone. With its charming streets and friendly atmosphere, Isla offers a unique blend of relaxation and exploration, making it an ideal destination for your Maltese getaway!

    Isla is well-connected, making it easy to explore the rest of Malta.

    Taxis can be conveniently booked through popular apps such as eCabs, Bolt, or Uber, providing a hassle-free way to get around.

    For a more budget-friendly option, buses frequently pass through the area, connecting Isla to nearby towns and major attractions. You can check routes and schedules via the `Malta Public Transport` website.

    Additionally, the nearby ferries offer a scenic way to travel to places like Valletta and Sliema, giving you a unique perspective of Malta`s beautiful harbors while avoiding traffic.

    1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

    2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

    3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

    4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

    5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

    6. What is included in the apartment.

    - Shower gel
    - Plate liquid soap
    - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
    - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
    - Garbage bags
    - Linens for the bed
    - 2 Towels per person

    7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

    8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

    9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

    10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
