ラインホテルをご利用いただきありがとうございます。 滞在中にご不便な点がございましたら、申し訳ございません。 まず、客室内の天井には丸い換気口が設置されており、換気口から空気が循環しています。 また、冬には天候を考慮して暖房のみ利用でき、希望しない場合は客室内リモコンで直接使用するかどうかを作動させることができます。それにもかかわらず、一部暑いと感じるお客様には扇風機をお貸ししています。 扇風機のファンの音は、美風、弱風、強風によって当然異なる場合があります。テレビはお客様の感想を参考に検査してみましたが異常なく作動することが確認されました。おそらく韓国語で書かれているテレビのリモコンの使い方を正確に知らなかったようです。 滞在中に困難な点がありましたらフロントにお問い合わせいただければ幸いですが、残念です。 より良いサービスをご提供できるよう努力いたします。
