"Not a lot of positive to say about this hotel. Check in was delayed more than 1 hour and was total disaster. The hotel feels old and worn. When we get the rooms there was no towels or bathrobe. There's no chance to 5 stars, i would say 2 stars maximum. Realy dont recommend this hotel at all"

"A wonderful and relaxing wellnes hotel in a magical place. The hotel was spacious and rooms were very well kept 2 notes : the beds are much less firm than expected . Employees and supplier unfortunatly smoke just under the room window which makes it bit annoying ."

"Absolute Katastrophe das Hotel. Vor der Reise nicht erreichbar, keine Antworten auf unsere Anfragen. Beim Checkin falsche Zimmer bekommen. Für 7 Personen, nur 6 Betten.
