“I loved the view from the room, beautiful, and the personal balcony with the hammock. The room could've used a deep clean, but pretty clean to the naked eye. Casey was helpful, and ran me down to the store for there isn't any food close. The suites sits on very steep hills, so the use of a taxi is crucial. Their sign inside the suite says housekeeping everyday, but only received towels, and clean dishes 2x's out of 5 day stay. The numbers listed are not helpful when trying to reach someone, ...

“This hotel is great for budget travelers. Staff is truly nice and helpful; breakfasts are absolutely great. But the mattresses need to be replaced and airco is much better in the "off" position. Wifi works superb. ”

We were there to celebrate a Birthday and the resort delivered on all the special touches I requested to make the week unforgettable. “I would have given my stay 5 stars but the staff communicates poorly I believe it’s more front desk and house keeping our first day there I ask them to have a happy birthday surprise for my boyfriends birthday and it was not noted but was noted was all the excursions I had to pay for then once the decorations was given it was hours after I requested it and the house keeper excuse was she stopped cleaning that why she’s late had that been communicated I would have waiting longer out of the room...
