El hotel estaba completo, por lo visto habían acogido a un equipo de fútbol que ocupaba todo el establecimiento, por lo que nos buscaron habitación en otro hotel, una vez en el otro hotel no querían pagar la diferencia de precio que había para que tuviéramos una habitación como la reservada con ellos, así que nos querían llevar a un tercer hotel pero nos quedamos en El Segundo pagando nosotros la diferencia.”

We were lucky that they had still rooms, which we booked and off course have to pay! We expect that Expedia will refund the money we paid to Expedia ”

“Das Hotel sah aus, als sei es geschlossen - keine Menschen, ungepflegt, dunkel. Überhaupt nicht einladend! Die Rezeptionistin fand meine Reservation nicht und fing an, herum zu telefonieren. Dann zeigte sie mir das Zimmer, auch der Pool war völlig ungepflegt. Sie sagte, es würden Renovationsarbeiten durchgeführt. Auch war das Restaurant geschlossen und das WiFi funktionierte nicht. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass keine anderen Gäste anwesend seien. Eine Übernachtung hier ist nicht zumutbar!!! ICH...
