“we enjoyed our stay and place is lovely, bed is comfortable and shower is hot - little kitchen has all the basics and a washer dryer available. please be aware that the bathroom is downstairs from the lofted bedroom in case you are someone who has to get up frequently during the night. we would definitely come back. had good contact with owner who was very responsive. only small issue was we didn't receive the code to get into the door before arrival, but fortunately she saw us trying to get in...

“The location is gorgeous and the history so interesting. The best part was that a local knew the owner and called him after we spent over an hour looking for the location. He met us and drove with us to the house. Wonderful gentleman. I suggest you speak to the owner and get more detail on the location.”

“This place is basically a hotel. It is very close to the university. The listing is a little misleading as it is only one room. There is a toilet stall but no privacy for the shower or tub. This is meant for a couple on a romantic getaway, not right for families or friends. There is no parking except on a narrow road which is difficult to navigate.
