“Beautiful hotel”

“Absolutely wonderful experience at Coco Ocean Resort & Spa! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. A special thank you to a staff named Lamin. who, despite being ready to go home late at night, went above and beyond to make sure I had something to eat when I arrived hungry. His kindness and hospitality will never be forgotten. The hotel was clean, the rooms were beautiful, and all the staff were amazing. A special mention to my room attendant, Mr Alpha, who was simply the...

“Hotel muy bien ubicado, no es perfecto pero tampoco es caro, con lo que presenta una buena relación precio / calidad. Personal muy atento, habitaciones grandes, buen servicio, piscinas bien mantenidas, entorno amplio y agradable.”

“Pasamos una semana en este hotel que, aunque no puede considerarse un 4 estrellas real, es un buen lugar para descansar y pasar unos agradables días de vacaciones. Muy limpio y el personal muy atento. Volvería sin dudarlo.”

“The rooms are clean, but the swimming pool may be the dirtyest in the Gambia. Beds are comfortable Location is very good, directly at the beautiful Kotu Beach. We didn't try the hotel restaurant or beach bar this year, due to bleak experiences last year. Service at the hotel is ok, but many of the employees seem to not like their jobs very much. Nobody are hostile, but they are not very eager either. We may choose the same hotel again, but probably not. ”

The area is nice and relaxing and everything works well even though sometimes slow. Bad things might be no elevator, no fancy entrance, but its worth mentioning that it always felt safe and secure. The location is a small stretch away for the tourist center...

“We stayed in a two bedroom villa off the pool. It was so lovely, staff is so helpful and nice. The pool is awesome, especially the pool man.”
