Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming sea-view flat for rent in the town of Sète, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a shared swimming pool. It measures 42 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the 1st floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 24 m² living area, a fully-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with a bath). ​The property is on the first floor with a lift; however, it is not suitable or equipped for wheelchair access.

The property is situated near a road; there may be some noise disturbance.

The property is laid out as follows:
- A 24 m² living room with a sofa and TV
- A fitted kitchenette including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A small bedroom with a bunk bed (two single beds)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A 17 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

Communal area:
- A shared swimming pool (unheated) open from May to the end of September from 9 am to 9 pm (opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions).

The flat is ideally situated in Sète, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market. The residence has a tennis court. There’s access to the garrigue for walks and to reach the Pierres Blanches site.

- Water sports: boat hire, jet skis, water skiing, tubing, towable activities, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, pedalos (within walking distance)
- Cycle path through the dunes between Sète and Marseillan Plage (a paradise for cyclists and rollerbladers…)

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s 15m² garage.
