We will return!

We stayed in Stables 2 and it was a beautiful and cosy apartment. A friendly cat greeted us and made sure we we were all settled in :) and we were greeted with a lovely bottle of red wine, cookies, a nespresso machine with four pods and firewood for the fire. The kitchen is kitted out perfectly and had everything we needed. The bathroom was nice, with a shower and spme toiletries and all very clean. We had the best sleep in the bed, which was more comfy than my own bed, so now I'm thinking I need a new mattress! The pillows were 5* pilllows - so comfy! There were lovely little touches from the art work on the walls, the heart with fairly lights on it on the dresser where you walk in, to a little book of Yorkshire poems which my other half found funny listening to me read in my Manchester accent - he sounded much better reading them with his Yorkshire accent! There are plenty of places to eat in this beautiful little village and lovely walks to be taken. Thank you to the attentive host for checking in with us to make sure all was okay, too.

This was a great base for our walking weekend. Good size with comfortable furniture, good shower, great location.

The accommodation is great.Very quiet but close to everything. The parking took a little working out but after that was no problem. Would thoroughly recommend it.

Nice apartment in a secluded location.

Nice clean apartment in the town centre, parking is in the car park behind accessed past the Indian restaurant, the option to buy a weeks car park ticket did not work and if using the trains its cheaper to park for the day in the station car park. Comfortable bed. The apartment was not the one that was pictured on hotels.com and was downstairs from the apartment in the picture, I raised this discrepancy directly with the host who said he would raise this with the 3rd party he deals with. There is a nice friendly cat who visits the apartment. The apartment is off the main road and very handy for shops (great bakers Ye Olde Naked Man) and pubs. Use the train to get to Dent station and walk back to Ribblehead station its a great walk if you have a reasonable level of fitness.

Loved our stay

Recently stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was lovely and absolutely spotless. Really good location for the Yorkshire Dales and right in the middle of Settle. John the owner sent a really helpful email with all details of car parking and the Covid measures that have been put in place which made us feel really safe. The wine and cookies we were left were a lovely touch :) We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Break

We stayed 2 nights to allow us to travel for Yorkshire 3 Peak Challenge and recover the following day. The apartment was beautiful and we were so happy we had chosen this over a hotel/b'n'b. Perfect location, easy to find and close to many cafes, shops and pubs. Immaculately decorated, very modern and comfortable. Far superior to many apartments and 4* hotels I've stayed in across Europe. There's no question in my mind where I'd stay if I visited the area again
