This property is located in the Arrábida Natural Park, near the village of Portela, a picturesque village, surrounded by fields and pastures, which is only 10 minutes' drive from some of Portugal's most beautiful beaches, as well as very close to Vila Nogueira de Azeitão and Setúbal.
The property extends over two floors. On the ground floor, you find the living room with fireplace, with direct access to the paved terrace, garden and swimming pool; a fully equipped kitchen also with access to the garden and a dining area on the patio with a view; a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds; and a complete bathroom.
On the first floor, you find a bedroom with a double bed, with access to a balcony with phenomenal panoramic views over the countryside, and a bedroom with two single beds - all with air conditioning.
Guests have access to all the amenities of the land and the property, exclusively for those who rent it.
The Arrábida Natural Park enjoys a temperate climate throughout the year, thanks to the many hours of sunshine and proximity to the sea, with fantastic and numerous beaches in the region. Portinho da Arrábida beach is certainly one of the most beautiful in Portugal, with its crystal-clear waters full of small boats and stunning views of the Natural Park.
Azeitão is located in a wine-growing region integrated into the municipality of Setúbal - a few kilometres and 30 minutes from Lisbon, accessible via both bridges over the Tagus river (25 April Bridge and Vasco da Gama Bridge) - already showing the transition to the Alentejo region, with vast plains and picturesque villages.
The gastronomic highlights are, without doubt, fresh fish and delicious seafood, but do not resist the Azeitão cheese and the most typical sweets — the Azeitão tarts, made with soft eggs and cinnamon. Accompany them with a Moscatel de Setúbal wine.

Any intermediate cleaning necessary or requested for stays between 8 and 28 days will have the same cost as the advertised final cleaning.
For stays above 28 days, the law does not require any intermediate cleaning, but a monthly cleaning using our service providers will be mandatory and will have the same cost as the advertised final cleaning.
Every week the pool is maintained where we test the water quality and keep it safe. We also look after the garden, weekly.
This maintenance may coincide with existing bookings on the property but it is mandatory.
Stays of 28 days or more, expenses with water, electricity and gas are not included and will be charged to guests.
If pets are allowed, guests will not only be responsible for complying with the existing condominium rules, but also for maintaining the property in good condition and for any damage caused by animals throughout their stay (for example, damage to furniture, carpets, clothing; urine or faeces odours, scratches or damage to wood and paint, etc.).
