We have no complaints! Cabin was perfect for 9 kiddos. The cabin was clean, beds were comfortable, having a fire pit was great, and there was plenty to do while hanging out at the cabin!

If you are planning a weekend at Dollywood, this location is perfect! We had no issues with the property and our host was very responsive. The pool is very small, but it did not stop my 3 kids 12 and under from having a blast! Strongly recommend this property and our host for anyone with young kids who need a break from it all. This house has plenty of games and fun to keep themBusy.

Boujee Spruce 2025

We had a wonderful stay at the Boujee Spruce!! We had everything we needed, quiet location and close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Lynn was a great host and responded quickly with any questions. The young kids loved the pool and slide room, the older kids loved the closeness of all attractions and I loved the family time and being able to have my fur babies with me. Highly recommend the boujee spruce!

Great mountain view vacation

So much potential

This property is gorgeous. It's clean and easy to find. The interior is cute and inviting. But that is kind of where the good stops. 2 out of the 3 arcade cabinets were so worn that most of the buttons didnt work. The tv game pad was missing the power cord. This home has 3 bedrooms 3 bunks. But the couch seats 3 and there is an arm chair. Trying to sit together is impossible if you have 4 or more. The water pressure is pretty crappy too. Beds uncomfortable. Stains on pillows. One outlet in the kitchen didnt work at all and the exterior light at the stairs didnt work. Making it nearly impossible to see at night going down. The check in and check out process is easy. Host is helpful. But some work needs to be done. Especially for the per night price of this property.

Nice house, our kids really enjoyed the pool! There were a few things that made me choose to not give 5 stars, first the house was not the cleanest place we’ve stayed at. Lots of dust on the fans, crumbs on the floors (under the stools), some of the kitchen utensils needed to be re washed before we even used them. The deck floor had food all over it. The kitchen is VERY poorly stocked. Only 6 drinking glasses in the whole kitchen, TONS of plates but not many bowls. No cooking sheets so we had to use a pizza sheet. They did leave us with maybe 6 paper plates, a new roll of paper towels, 2 laundry pods and 2 dishwasher pods a small dawn dish soap & a box of garbage bags. The washing machine wasn’t working properly so I messaged and they had maintenance come fix it while we were gone. The pool lady came after we had checked in (no biggie), cleaned the pool and added chemicals and as she was leaving she told our CHILDREN the code to the pool door. We messaged the host about this issue and the manager of the property came right away to change the door code.

We enjoyed our stay, the house was in a good location only 10-15 drive to all child and adult activities. Plenty of parking, space in rooms and clean bathrooms. Photo of pool is deceiving, it is very small and a bit strong on the chemicals.

Great place to stay

This is a great location and nice cabin. Our family overall had a good time. The kids loved the pool and playroom. Only things that could be changed is adding the dogs the amount in the description, adding how to use the pool eye alarm thing to the check in email/ we were having problems but they came and fixed it promptly. And lastly, I wish the flood light in the front wasn't just motion sensing because it would cut off a little too easily. But one of the big things that makes this place so great is the checkout process was the easiest and best I've dealt with!

Wonderful Experience!!!

This home is just the perfect distance and a perfect relaxing getaway. Located just a few mins from anything you want to do in the Sevierville area. The pool and hot tub were perfect even in the winter time, the kids absolutely loved it and the bunk bed slides were a huge hit. I couldn't thank the owners enough who were super throughout the entire process from start to finish. Really an over the top place that we will be staying here again in the future!!

Awesome place to stay. Kids loved the bunk room. The adults loved the hot tub.

I just returned from a week-long stay at this “boujee” cabin, and I can't wait to go back! The cabin was nestled among the trees, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The interior was warm and inviting, with high ceilings, plush furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen. The cabin was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with plenty of amenities to make our stay comfortable. We spent our days hiking, fishing, and exploring the beautiful scenery, and our nights in the hot tub or by the fire pit. The owners were friendly and helpful, providing us with tips on the best local trails and attractions. Overall, this cabin was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, retreat in nature. *Pros:* Cleanliness, amenities, location, scenery, owner hospitality

Perfect location!

The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was so nice, our kids loved it and enjoyed the games, slide and pool. The outdoor swings were so nice I had to order 2 for my house! The location of the home was absolutely perfect for our stay, close but not too close and easy access to everything we wanted to see and experience while we were there. The neighborhood was also very quiet and we enjoyed walking in the evenings and enjoyed the scenery. We even aaw a rainbow the first night we stayed. My kids were so sad when it was time to leave, we would love to come back sometime and would definitely stay here again!!
