Very clean, but everything was broken. Pool table leaning no cue ball or chalk, baby gate broken in half, playpen doesn’t stand up, bed broken (missing boards underneath). Popcorn machine needs to be cleaned. A lot of moisture in the house. Mildew like smell. When first booked it states Mountain View but in reality it is woods and gully view. If you drive up the road and park next to someone else’s rental then you would have a Mountain View. Otherwise the place was clean.

Peaceful family gathering

Our family got away for a couple days before Christmas. It was peaceful and enjoyable. The downstairs area was very cold, but everything was very clean and roomy! We had a great time.

Family Time

This was a great place for a family with children of all ages. Room to run for the little ones and games for the older children. The indoor pool was a huge hit! The kitchen and living room areas are large so we could all be together without feeling crowded. We would recommend this cabin.

Perfect cabin

The cabin was beautiful. Our family ranged from the age of 2 to 76. Everyone had plenty of room. The kids enjoyed the pool and the game room. We got to see a Mama bear and 3 cubs!! Just make sure you do not have any food in your car and keep it locked. Our family will diffantly stay here again!!

Nice!

We loved the location of the cabin. It was very nice. The only 2 recommendations I have are, the WiFi needs to be increased. We had no service at the cabin. And, there was a bowl with koozie’s, a hat and a bag, a few people in our group asked if they could have one. I didn’t know how to respond. So, a little note in the bowl stating these are welcome gifts, would be nice! Overall, we loved the space!

Beautiful stay!

We were very happy with this place! We are a large group, 11 total. They had more than enough silverware, dishes and cups. They even have things for baking if you wanted to. The pool was also very clean. We have gone on spring break for years and years, this was our favorite to date! They even had plenty of coffees and teas for us. It was also a great location, 20 min to all the fun adventures and still secluded in the mountains. Our kids loved the creek in the backyard, although its a steep hill so be cautious. Avantstay made this trip so easy for check in and out, also very quick in getting back to us if we needed anything, which was very minimal. They even had a welcome basket with a hat, a bag and koozies. No one has done that for us over the 10 + years of spring breaks!! We will definitely book with them again!

Spring break

There were ten of us and we had plenty of room and could all eat together. Very peaceful setting. The only issue was internet but your in the mountains. Overall great place.

Super fun stay!

We had a group of 13 people, 4 families, that went for Christmas. The house was phenomenal! The pool table, theater, and our own indoor pool kept the kids busy the whole trip. We had to make them come up and eat! Loved every room with its own bathroom. It was super private but 15 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go. Super clean and well stocked with the exception of frying pans. (We love to fry breakfast and there was only one small one) Also, there is Wi-Fi but it’s still shady getting calls in and out. Not a problem for us but if you’re going to work you will need a booster. Otherwise, perfect stay!

Nice place

Great vacation home . Each bedroom has own bathroom. Location is great , however Wi-Fi is so poor. It was a family vacation for us and everyone had a good time . Another disadvantage is that no one will deliver food to this area . So , someone has to drive to pick it up or have enough food with you . Grocery store is in about 20min of drive . Overall , this is a nice cabin with a pool. Kids had so Much fun in the pool. I would Recommend this place for a vacation

POOL IS NICE

Nice property-could use cleaning up around outside debris in yard. Clean inside. Pool is nice. Location is nice, close to Pigeon Forge. Plenty of pots and pans, utensils, and beach towels for the pool. A couple of suggestions--one, need more bath towels for the stay, specifically more than 1 wash cloth per person. Two, need a much bigger trash can in the kitchen. The can is tiny for 8 or more people. Overall, nice.

Nice house but chilly

Overall the house is nice. It is a new build so very clean. It is large with numerous amenities. We had a large group and everyone had their own space. That being said there were some issues. We stayed there when TN was getting hit with some cold weather. When we were headed to TN we were told that the pipes were frozen but should be fixed by the time we arrived. When we did arrive a couple hours late the pipes were still frozen. We were at told at 6pm we could go to another cabin but the roads were awful and it was dark and we had to have 4x4 Bc that house was harder to get to. We didn’t want to risk it so we stayed. The next day WE worked on trying to unfreeze the pipes, my brother is a plumber. The plumber was supposed to be there at 10 am and didn’t show up until 4. My brother and I worked to in freeze the pipes. The plumber eventually showed up and was there for 10 min because we had already taken care of it. I understand that we can’t control the weather but there was no consideration that we didn’t have water for 25% of our stay when we paid a high premium during Christmas and new year. The other thing is there were only 3 out of the six beds that had blankets on it. It was freezing. No spare sheets or blankets anywhere in the house. The basement was an ice box. Avant- Stay was great to work with during our stay, specifically Josh however have been unresponsive since we left. They didn’t tie. The heater on until the day we arrived and so the pool wasnt even warm. The house is nice and spacious but feels it was thrown up very quickly and not high quality. With the amount of options in the area I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
