Great Location and Communication
The location of this home is perfect. Close to activities yet far enough off the main strip that you’re not hearing all the traffic noise. We also loved that the host left a few dishwasher & washing machine tablets. There were a few things we would like to address though. Upon arrival on a really hot June day the AC was set to 85 degrees, so it was 85 in there due to it being 95 outside. We were not even able to unpack and relax a little bit after driving all day to get there because the house was so miserably hot. Took it the rest of the day and night to cool down. There was also socks under one of the upstairs beds that did not belong to our group so you know that it was not cleaned properly before our arrival. The upstairs bathroom sink was clogged and needs to be cleaned to unclog it. We also found candy and food under the upstairs couch while pulling it out for the kids to sleep on the first night, so definitely was not ours. The Hot Tub temp gage does not work and will not go down in temp. It is on set on 80 but will not drop from 108. The backyard is also not accessible to the creek behind it. Even though there are steps off the side of the house. The grass and weeds are not unkept to be able to go down there. Just a few minor things need to be fixed/or cleaned better.
