Guests will enjoy private and exclusive access to the entire cabin, including all sleeping areas, 2.5 bathrooms, the main living space, indoor pool, sauna, and all outdoor decks with fireplaces and the hot tub.

Self Check-In: Easy, contactless check-in with a unique door code provided before your 4:00 PM ET arrival.

Parking: Free private parking is available in front of the Cabin.

Restricted Areas: Locked owner’s closets are not accessible to guests.
Other things to note
Indoor Pool Temperature & Safety: The indoor pool room temperature is preset at 82°F, and the pool water temperature is maintained at 84°F. These settings cannot be adjusted. Children may not use the pool unsupervised—an adult must be present at all times.

Hot Tub: The private hot tub is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each stay. Please allow several hours after arrival for the water to reach optimal temperature.

Wi-Fi & TVs: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available. Roku Smart TVs are ready for guests to log into personal streaming accounts.

Starter Supplies: A starter set of essentials is provided (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, basic toiletries). For extended stays, additional supplies may be needed.

Security Cameras: Two exterior security cameras monitor the driveway/front entrance and the lower deck for safety purposes only. Cameras do not record audio, and there are no cameras inside the cabin.

Booking Policy: Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Refunds or date changes are not offered for weather, natural disasters, travel disruptions, or personal circumstances.
