Worst experience in 25 years of staying in cabins/resorts.

The bedding had bodily fluids all over it, the coffee pot still had coffee in it, some of the dishes were dirty, the listing didn't advertise that the rooms have varying steps throughout the cabin, the picture for the hot tub is not what it looked like at all. The hot tub is at the end of driveway, with no privacy and a spotlight shining on it. We tried to work this out with the owner and never got any reconciliation. All that happened was after several hours of us waiting after our bedtime, someone dropped off a new set of sheets. We had to clean, buy a mattress pad, and lose sleep. We were told someone would come by the next morning, but they didn't show and then owner messaged later saying they couldn't make it but would try later but by then, we didn't want to lose any more of what little time we had there. This caused so much stress that it completely ruined our anniversary trip and the only time I had off work for a whole year. The owner didn't offer any compensation.

Beautiful and cozy cabin

The cabin was beautiful and location was amazing. Perfect place for a family getaway. The host stayed in contact with me and made sure everything was going amazing and I didn’t need anything. I highly recommend Kenny Lee and his cabin for your next getaway

Perfect cabin and perfect location

Came into town for a volleyball competition at the convention center nearby. This place is a perfect 1 mile distance to the center. The host was very good at following up and touching base. Very responsive.

We came to Sevierville for a sport's competition that our high school child was required to attend. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and we very disappointed with the accommodations. There was mold and mildew in both showers, the faucets and sinks were dirty. There was dried soap scum on the faucets and remnants of where someone had clearly spit in the sink and left it. The master shower and master bathroom are extremely small, the listing pics do not properly show how tight the area is. The master bathroom toilet also has rusty stains at the base and the toilet seat was broken, easily sliding around. The master suite smells musty. Lights bulbs were burnt out throughout; over master shower, a sconce in the master bedroom, and a lamp in the sitting area off the secondary bedroom. Both bedrooms on the main level have squeaky beds, making turning in bed very annoying. We could not get one of the TVs to operate, and we had to get batteries for another's Roku device. The hot tub's water level was low and the jets shot water out due to the low level. The cabin was dusty and had greasy, gross handprints visible on glass surfaces. It didn't end there, the kitchen countertops (by the sink and range) are wood that has peeling paint and are they not sealed; we felt this was a health hazard. The range is tiny, like an RV range, if you go and plan to cook (as we did), please be aware of this aspect. The cabin's cleaning supplies are clearly visible and not contained in a closet. You will see them at the entry to the secondary bedroom, this was displeasing to view. We will not be back for a repeat stay and we would not be able to recommend this cabin to others.

Lazy Fox Hideway

I highly recommend this cabin. The location is perfect. It sits back in the hills but not so high up that the drive is scary. It also is very close to all the attractions. The cabin itself is so charming and cozy. Not to mention I have rented cabins in the past that I felt like I had to clean before I could settle in. This one was spotless. Working with Kenny was so easy and he was as very helpful. 10/10 would rent again.

Super cozy!

Enjoyed this cabin, such a unique Cabin, plenty of space for our family! Property manager was awesome, very welcoming and answered all of our questions, very helpful. We look forward to staying here again! This cabin was very cozy and felt like home! Highly recommend this place!

Great cabin

Cablin was very clean! We had so much fun! The hot tub was replaced the day we arrived. The service tech didn’t have all the parts he needed to complete the install. Kenny kept us informed about the situation. The hot tub wasn’t ready until the last night of our stay. We improvised and luckily there is so much to do in the area! When we finally got to test out the new hot tub, it was amazing! I wish we could have gotten some compensation for the days we didn’t get to use it, but everything else was perfect.
