The cabin is great, if youre needing a frat type place. Horrible layout. Only one private bedroom. The lowest deck where the hot tub is, is completely falling off the deck. Parking is terrible. Trash all around the property. I could go on...but ive put enough energy into this trap house. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK

First of all there are NOT 3 bedrooms. There is one bedroom, a loft open to the living room with a full bathroom and then a pull out couch in the living room and downstairs in the games room. The bathroom attached to the main bedroom has no where to put anything, no counter space or shelves, plus anyone staying on the couches would have to use that bathroom also. Absolutely no where to hang clothing or unpack your suitcase. No dresser or shelves. We were to be there 12 days and we were given 2 hand towels for 3 people and not enough bath towels without doing laundry. Also NO bath mats! There was no detergent for the washer and it made such a loud noise you couldn’t dolaundry with anyone in the house! The kitchen was very poorly set up, no pot holders, 1 dish towel, NO dishcloth or scrubber, no dish rack. The dish set only had 3 bowls!, 4 wines glasses, no corkscrew, very few regular glasses, not enough cutlery or dishes for 8 people and poor quality, no Saran or foil, no paring knife, no measuring cups, no masher, no lids for cooking pots. No storage containers or Saran or foil. Only 1 small mixing bowl. Being there 12 days we brought food and planned to cook! Be aware there is NO outdoor space except the driveway and decks. No where to walk. The driveway is horrendous! Dangerous to get in and out of. We had bears trying to get in our car several times even though there was NO food in there and it was locked. Very scary. Too expensive for what it is.

Just a few tips.

The hot tub wasn’t cleaned properly. There was a dirt ring around the edge of the water. We weren’t able to use it due to it not working and waiting til the next day for the technician to come fix it. Some of the dishes as well were dirty when we got there.

Cabin is beautiful and very clean.The driveway is very scary, its narrow on the side of a hill, its beat if you back into it, if not backing out is a little hard. The dryer however took 7 hours to dry 1 load of clothes. This was reported to the owner who said they would get it fixed. Dry is in the upstairs loft which causes the loft area to be very hot making it hard to sleep.Otherwise, very clean,peaceful 4.5 starsCabin is very peaceful and roomy.

In the middle of it all and yet miles away

We had a great time staying at the house. It is very well set up for entertaining, with a hot tub, pool table, arcade game & poker table with comfortable couches and beds.The house itself is located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. However, it is up in the mountains so it feels like it is far away from the hustle and bustle.We enjoyed eating out on the lovely deck. Our stay was very quiet, with no noticeable noise from any of the neighbors. We would happily do it again.

Wedding Weekend

We booked the cabin for my daughter's wedding weekend. It was a nice getaway for us girls before her big day. Cabin was cozy and we had a blast in the game room playing pool and blind karaoke. Cabin was super clean. Communication was great with the owner.

Price too high for what it really is. 2 bedroom, sleeps 4…

Needs updating, listing not correct, driveway is tough with incline and very limited parking. It’s just priced to high and not accurate for what it really was. Definitely only sleeps 4 and has two bedrooms only…. One being the loft

Okay but Overpriced

I booked this stay as a surprise for my mother, only to be more surprised than her. The listing stated 4 beds and 3 bedrooms so imagine my shock to see that the 3rd bedroom was the game room with a pullout bed. None of us slept downstairs however because the pullout couch reeked of urine. Going upstairs to where the other pullout was, it looked like it had been chewed up by some kind of animal. Filthy and disgusting. I let my parents take the bedroom which was nice and my sister in the loft bedroom. The listing stated that there were board games but there weren’t and being it was Christmas things were closed so we had to make ourselves entertained. There were no laundry soap nor dishwasher soap. I was unsure if the place had been cleaned. When reaching out to the owner I was given a replay of “We will speak with the housekeeper to see what can be done” which was nothing. I didn’t hear from them after that. The only plus I can give is the abundance of blankets and the hot tub was amazing. Overall not very pleased with the experience especially when considering the price.

Amazing!!!

Our stay at this VRBO was absolutely relaxing. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was such a short ride away and the cabin was in a quiet area. The hosts were very friendly as well and responded very quickly, too. Highly recommend this stay and look forward to returning soon!

Long Weekend Getaway With Grown Kids

The cabin is as advertised and very nice. My family had plenty of room and enjoyed the hot tub a lot. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds. This is the mountains, so the roads to the cabin are steep and narrow. That also goes for the driveway. We were here in the fall, so the driveway was also covered with leaves making it extremely hard to see the driveway. There is also a deep ditch at the end. Backing out was dicey even during the day, but especially at night. Some lights along the driveway would have been very helpful.

Nice Cabin

Nice 1 bedroom cabin with an open loft that has a 2nd king size bed. Only complaint was the drive way and nowhere to hang up clothes for a wedding. Everything else was great. Host is responsive and helpful.

Oh Cabin Where Art Thou

We enjoyed our stay but there are some things that could be improved. We had trouble finding the cabin since the address was on one street but the driveway was on another. There is no turnaround for a long narrow driveway. Evidence that the door had been breeched and there were deep scratches on the INSIDE of the door facing. Dusty. Furnished nicely and well supplied.

Had a great time

The only problem I had with this rental is that the house is not 3 bedrooms as in the listing. It had 1 bedroom, loft, 2 dens with pull out couches. I was depending on that 3rd bedroom but we made it work.
