Newly-built 3 Bedroom, 3 1/2 Bath cabin in Sevierville's Echota Resort with central access to so many local attractions! The primary Renter must be age 25 or older.

Great cabin experience but not too remote. This cabin is practically across the street from Soaky Mountain Water Park and the Sevierville Golf Club. It is 1 mile from the Sevierville Convention Center, The Wilderness Adventure, and only 8 miles from Dollywood. Close to Pigeon Forge and Tanger Outlet Shopping. Free Wi-Fi. HD TV with free channels. You can also bring your own passwords to log into premium channels. Several large grocery stores less than 2 miles away.

Guest access and Parking
Please park in provided free parking space, which holds 1 vehicle. It is on one side of the cabin. You walk in the paved driveway to the entry way on the other side, then go up 2 steps.

We apologize that the parking space is not right in front of the door, it's a small lot. You can see in the pictures how it is, and it is a minor inconvenience. You may park in the access driveway for a short time to load/unload, but be aware that others also have the right-of-way. Additional parking for 1 other vehicles is available in an adjacent designated community area; other vehicles must park off to the side on Ravens Ford Way.

Other things to note
The covered porch is the perfect place to sit and relax and has festive lighting for evening enjoyment.

The open deck has a 4-person hot tub.

TV's in central area and in every bedroom with free channels.

Bear-proof trash cans are provided outside at the parking area.

The cabin is smoke free.


Security
There may be outdoor cameras that are actively recording the driveway and parking spaces. They do not see indoors, or on the open deck where the hot tub is located. They do not record video. Decibel sound levels may be monitored.
