Property lists everything like high speed internet, hot tub and outdoor fire pit but nothing works

I booked the property because the listing shows that the property has high speed internet, outdoor hot tub and fire pit. I know it’s going to be cold weather during our stay and specifically looking for properties having these. It was extremely disappointing that either the internet, hot tub or the fire pit were in working condition. There was no mobile network signal near this location. With no internet we were disconnected to outside world not connect to TVs. Management is not open after 9pm. There is an emergency number but they will only take the complaint and say that they will inform to management next day. If anything breaks after 9pm, expect that it will not be fixed until the following day. This property is more than 30 mins drive to any attractions in Pegion Forge and about 1.5 hrs to Gatlinburg. The property is very secluded, clean and easy to find via Google Maps. That’s the only good thing about this. Overall not a very satisfactory experience and would not stay in this property again.

Pros and Cons

I thought the pictures of the house made the rooms look bigger than they were, the kitchen and living room were really small. Down stairs was nice with plenty of activities and the outdoor area was nice especially the screened in porch but we went in December so it really didn’t benefit us. Kitchen area and dishes were not very clean. The location was 30 mins from Pigeon Forge and in the middle of no where. The drive way was steep with a sharp turn but there was plenty of parking for our vehicles. So mostly cons than pros but we did have a good time while we were there.

Deer Browse Hideaway in Pigeon Forge, TN

Great place to stay, cabin with plenty of space for our big family, clean, cozy, very nice! The only problem we had was the Wi-Fi wouldn’t work but probably because we were in the country, 15-20 miles out of town. And the hot tub was out of order, but they notified us about it before we got there, so we were aware. Overall a very nice short vacation for our family weekend getaway, had a good time! We would stay there again and recommend to others.

Outdoor living

The property was exactly as described but the outdoor space was even better. We really loved the screened porch with the propane fire pit. Never used the outdoor fire pit but that space was awesome too.

Beautiful and peacefull

This was one of my top places to go for a vacation and the layout and not only warm but spacious feeling you get from this place made me feel at home and I completely enjoyed it!!!!

We loved the house and the location. However items were not presentedas

Property was very nice. Would recommend directions on various remotes and the home entertainment center. Hot tub was not hot when we arrived so we had to wait until the next day to use it. No pot holders were available in the kitchen so my daughter burned her hands when removing biscuits from the oven. Call property management office twice and no one ever returned our call. Loved the home but disappointed in the property management

Peaceful

We had a great time. Our only hiccup was texting the property manager for 2 days to get the firepit fixed. They did respond to the text but never showed up. On the 3rd day, I called and someone came out the same day. Overall, we enjoyed this place. It had everything it said in the listing.
