Vacation

The location of the cabin is great and in a great neighborhood. The problems we had were. One of the outside rocking chairs was broken. Outside porch light was broken. One pillow on the couch has a big tare in it. The couch was not clean and had a smell to it. The vacuum clean smelled bad when we used it. The up stairs fan made a knocking noise all the time. The air conditioning froze up had to call some to come and repair it. Stayed in many cabins before. This was the worst one.

Good location… amenities so so

Last minute rental on weekend before Fourth of July. Fairly clean, comfortable for a family of five. The pool was poorly maintained. At least a foot low on water and the ladder was broken. The property manger was a little strange in communication. The first time we asked if we could have an early check in, no response until the day after our stay. Asked about some other things and got a response two days after stay.

We loved this Cabin ! It provides everything you need for your stay.

Excellent. I have Parkinson so I found the shower very difficult because of no bars to hold on to. I had to hold on to the shower rod which is a tension rod not a mounted rod.

Rustic cabin community

Cute little cabin with lots of space and comfortable accommodations. The arcade game was a fun touch we played throughout our stay. We wished the pool would have been open during our stay since the temperatures were mid 80s. It was close proximity to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg which worked out well. One negative we experienced in the evenings was a strong smell of garbage when driving home each night. It wasn’t from the cabin complex but somewhere around the area, which was definitely off putting. Our pup was very comfortable on his own when we went out.

Very Disappointing

The cabin was cute but the maintenance was awful. Upstairs shower was leaking through the downstairs ceiling, couldn’t use upstairs jetted tub…..not enough hot water, ants in kitchen and got on everything and the coffee maker didn’t work!!!! Called them 4 times on Saturday and again on Sunday before and response….terrible!!!

Not pleased not clean and ant infested in the lower bedroom and bathroom

Outside railing rotting and spindles falling out floor wasn't swept or scrubbed counter tops not cleaned food particles crusted to it and dirty. Turned the fan on and dust went flying everywhere,the fan was coated with a thick layer of dust ,so was the upper window sill. The electrical socket by the kitchen counter (closest to the door didn't work). When we got there there was a dirty washcloth in the lower bedroom tub. The worst part was the infestation of small ants in the lower bathroom and bedroom. Found them crawling on the bed , could only guess how many were crawling in the carpeting. They were all over the floor and sink in the bathroom. Needless to say not happy at all especially after the price we paid for this cabin. I would not rent this cabin again nor would I recommend it to anyone. Hopefully I get a response from someone since I already wrote this to another review and never heard anything back ....rude!!! I also took pictures so I would have proof.
