1. The house maintained a sewer like smell for the duration, at times much stronger than others and impacted two floors of the house. The property manager attempted to resolve the issue assuming it was the water treatment equipment but the smell persisted and nothing was done or offered as a result. It was frustrating but my father is 81 and in a wheelchair so we didn’t really have a choice of picking up and leaving for another property. 2. The house appears to be in need of a deep clean and maintenance/general upgrades. Cabinets were broken, hot tub cover was falling apart, pool chairs were broken and rusted, etc. 3. The pool was very large for an indoor pool and it seems like that’s why we paid the premium that we did. Everything else was below average. I also didn’t like the surcharge for increasing the pool temperature which was not part of the original listing. The property is big and ultimately met our needs but we would not stay here again given our experience.
