Several issues occurred during our visit. The cabin AC was subpar, There were cabinet drawers missing in the kitchen. The kitchen needs better cookware than what was provided. while they did tell us about the bug season….there were a TON of bugs in the cabin. The hot tub was not usable for the first two days because it was not turned on. I feel like if people are coming in to rent a cabin for the week this should be done before arrival. The exterior bear proofed trash bins were not emptied all week and that left us with not much storage for trash…and that builds up fast with 9 people during the Christmas celebration, Thwe washer and dryer combo is nice, but the dryer took quite sometime to dry a small load of clothes. The downstairs bathroom shower door fell off the hinges on to my son’s foot and cut it pretty good to the point where we had to go get a first aid kit. The grill on the back patio is in desperate need of service or replacing its rusting out and falling apart. The lift station alarm was going off due to a problem with the septic system a was told not to use the water until it was serviced, so the last day we could not take showers, run dishwasher, or washing machine. The pros:* Good Parking* Good location * Good size cabin* Comfortable Furniture
