Step onto the lower deck to unwind in the porch swing, or head outside for a cookout on the charcoal grill. When evening arrives, slip into the private hot tub and relax surrounded by the quiet beauty of the Smokies.

* Bedroom #1 (Main Level): King-sized bed. Dresser. Smart TV. Electric Fireplace. Full bath is attached and includes an oversized walk-in shower.

Fully equipped kitchen w/full suite of appliances; There is a full-sized refrigerator for your groceries or any leftovers from the wonderful local restaurants. Utilize the dishwasher for a quick clean up anytime. Includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. The kitchen includes a Keurig, standard coffee maker, and air fryer. Eat comfortably at the wood dining table just off the kitchen! There is also an eat-on island with two bar stools for additional seating.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, Wi-Fi outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin and on the patio/decks. There is also a strict no-pet policy. Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
