We arrived to what myself and the other guests considered to be a subpar cabin. Just to list a few examples; the main kitchen and pre-kitchen sinks had garbage left in the traps. The pre-kitchen refrigerator was unusable due to the door not sealing. There were empty bottles, coffee cups and debris left around the entrance grounds. The window sills in multiple rooms were covered with dead Lady bugs and "stink" bugs. The faucet handles were broke in the main bathroom, upstairs and the faucets did not function properly in the main kitchen and mezzanine guest bathroom. I'm not sure what the cleaners are charging to clean the places after each guest leaves... but it needs to be monitored some how.

The place was exactly as the pictures showed, absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views!!! Beds were extremely comfortable, clean as expected and the communication with the owner/maintenance was perfect.

Wonderful Memories

The house is wonderful. We rented this for family to gather from all over and so many great memories were made. The house is big enough for everyone to have their own space and never felt crowded. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the simulator (zombie dodge ball was my favorite). The view was breathtaking. By far the best of all the cabins we have rented in TN. The neighborhood was quiet but be sure to lock your cars. We had someone bold enough to get in our car right in front of us. Well not someone, something. There is a Momma bear and her 3 babies roaming the area. One of the babies opened our car door I accidentally left unlocked. The beds were super comfortable and water pressure great. All of our family was impressed with this cabin.Our family is already talking about the next trip.

Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We had 16 people of all ages, and there were plenty of places to for everyone. Kitchen was our starting point every day with plenty of room to sit down and eat together. Views of the mountains were awesome. Pool room was clean and used everyday. Hot tubs were a great place to relax after a busy day. The host was available for any questions we had and even got in touch with us to offer an extra day is we were so inclined Definitely a place to stay again in the future.

Awesome Stay! Great Location & Beautiful Views

We recently stayed at Indigo Falls and had an absolutely amazing time! The area is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm. There were 10 adults and 14 children ranging from 2-18, and there was never a dull moment. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The hospitality and friendliness of the host made the experience even better. I was able to contact him about the bunk beds, the trash pickup, the golf simulator, the pool and Winnie the Pooh (Yes, there was a bear on the second floor)! Each time, he responded and even sent someone to fix what was needed (Bunk bed trundle, pool temp) I would highly recommend Gatlinburg & Indigo Falls to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway!!My only suggestion would be to put a tv in the pool area for the adults who are not swimming.

Great experience, beautiful place.

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation at Indigo Falls. The views from the back terrace were magnificent. I'd want to thank Coastal Vibe Vacations for excellent communication during the reservation process. My pals all stated the place was Great. I'm looking forward to booking this cabin in the future.

We chose this location for our staff retreat because of the amenities featured for this home. We were NOT disappointed. The house is gorgeous. Our team loved the pool, golf simulator, fireplaces, theater, pool table and everything else this home had to offer. The bedrooms were themes and decorated so it felt homey. The only issue is areas that had built up dust and cobwebs. We would give the cleaning team a 4/5. Totally recommend the property, though!

Amazing Stay

We reserve this property for a work planning retreat. There was enough room for the eight of us to each have our own bedroom. The large common area on the top floor was perfect for our meetings and we also had space for breakouts. We were able to prepare all of our meals in and it was nice having the golf simulator, hot tub and the swimming pool for some of our staff to enjoy.

Great weekend getaway!

We went for our annual family vacation there was 17 of us and we all fit perfectly. So much to do inside the house as well as just a short drive to downtown pigeon forge and Gatlinburg.

Great stay! The adults and littles luv the simulator. The pool was a little small for all of us but we still enjoyed it. Nice quiet neighborhood. Definitely going back to Indigo

August Stay

We stayed in August with our whole family so all rooms were taken. Cleanliness was pretty lax. There was hair on two shower walls from previous guests, one shower curtain had mold on it. I found a pair of socks in the bathroom vanity as well as underwear's under our bed from previous guests. Cigarette butts and joint roaches were found on multiple levels of the deck. We did have a mouse get into some of our bread in the pantry. There was a TV in the bunk room that did not work, AC unit in simulator room leaked substantially over some of our personal items. We were emailed our house was available early and code would be activated at 2, but it wasn’t. Maintenance let us in as they were there. We were also suggested to tip the house cleaning staff 10 or 20 dollars after we just paid almost 10 grand for not even a full week, maybe management could tip them?

Great house, great stay

Property was in great shape, house was beautiful. The guys had an awesome time and highly recommend the house. Only complaint would be the golf simulator. it was barely useable due to lack of equipment. Frustrating but certainly did not ruin the weekend!
