Out dated, not very clean
Out side first , grass was over Ankle high, Weeds and trees growing up between the house and the retaining wall and not trees that have been planted trees from weeds that were 15 feet high. Been there for years. Gutters were falling off all the outside chairs were filthy. We had to clean them before we could use them. The pavilion where the grills are you had to walk through mud to get to the grill could use some rock or sidewalk had to go home and get my mower and weedeater. Just knock the weeds down so we could cook out snakes around the pool. The fire pit was completely full of ash could not even build a fire. For the inside this house sleeps 30 they have one refrigerator, ridiculous poor lighting, especially in the kitchen one of the master bedrooms upstairs the shower leaks and runs through the ceiling in the basement. . The big sectional couch downstairs is pretty much all broke. There was only one or two seats. You could sit in. That was not flip over carpet is filthy downstairs. Hello. if you would take the bedrooms and bathrooms and put them in their own category, I would rate those as a 7 or 8 out of 10 they were not bad. They were actually fairly clean. The upstairs kitchen living room TV sitting area and dining room. I would give a four out of 10 on cleanliness pretty pitiful.. As for the outside, I don’t even think they would get a two out of 10 weeds growing up through the sidewalks through the pool area like I said, the grass was over ankle deep , To be quite
