We stayed at this property for a retirement getaway with my family (mom, siblings spouses and children). In all, there were 7 adults and 7 children (between ages 2-17). We loved the house overall and could easily be a 5 star review, however, the pool alarm was such a massive headache. I understand and appreciate the need for the alarm and was grateful that it was installed because we had several small children staying there. But it doesn't function properly. Several times per day, it would go off (loud, incessant alarm beeping) despite the door being fully closed. Someone would have to run downstairs and hold their hand over the speaker to dull the noise while another person tried to align the sensors on the door to make it stop ringing. It was stressful and ultimately limited our ability to use the pool, grill, and bottom deck because it wasn't worth the risk. I called maintenance to fix it twice and still had issues. It was a beautiful, clean house that fit everyone very well. We would stay here again as long as that alarm gets fixed.

Beautiful big house, but the AC on the 3rd floor was not working majority of our stay. It was broken when we arrived and then it stopped working again mid-day the next day. With it being more than 90 degrees outside, the 3rd floor was too hot to sleep or play. I've contacted the host multiple times about it, which they supposedly fixed it the first time, but not the second time. It was very much an inconvenience for my big family because I had to figure out how and where everyone was going to sleep. Thankful the AC was working on the other two floors. Beside the AC not working, my family and I enjoyed our time at the pool. The house had most of what we needed. We did see bugs/insects (ants, mosquitoes, centipedes) inside the house, but I guess it's to be expected. Overall, our stay wasn’t horrible. Just wished the AC was working properly.
