Great extended family home!

A great bedroom/bathroom layout for a week-long extended family vacation! Close enough to fun activities, but tucked away in the hills. Would absolutely recommend!

Great Cabin!

This cabin was great for our family getaway. We were able to quickly access Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was very clean and the kids loved the theatre room.

2025 Easter Vacation

This is by far the cleanest cabin we've had in the 4 years we've been renting in the Smokys! Everything was super clean and the amenities were great! We had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend.

Great time!

We had a wonderful long weekend! The property is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the theater room, hot tub and pool. Everyone said their bed slept well. We would definitely visit again.

Perfect place for family

Great family cajin

We had such an amazing time! We were excited for the indoor pool but it was better than we could have expected! There was plenty to keep the kids entertained through the whole trip. I would definitely book again. It was clean and in a great location to all attractions.

Christmas at Dollywood

Really appreciated the easy check in and out process! Great home for children. I would absolutely stay again but did have a few things I didn’t read beforehand but may be helpful for future guests. - Really appreciated the Christmas tree and decor. - pool was room temp but didn’t seem to be heated. Loved that the door to the pool had a lock with a passcode. - home theater tv was struggling to stream. Didn’t have issue with any other TV but that one. - Beds were very firm and only two pillows per bed. - parking area can hold max 3 cars Thanks again for the easy self service particularly for check-in!!

Cabin was in a great location about 7 minutes from pigeon forge main strip. The rooms accommodated the entire family. The games were a big hit for the kids.

Great Family vacation!

Beautiful and very clean cabin. Our family loved the theater room and our grandkids loved the pool! The beds were also very comfortable. Hot tub was great. Plenty of room for everyone. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!!

The cabin was very clean. The beds were comfortable. It is in a gated community but on the end of a row of cabins so you only have one neighbor, wwhich was nice.

Great Cabin Getaway

Beautiful cabin in a great location to enjoy Pigeon Forge and surrounding area. Very large and comfortable furnishings. Enjoyed the hot tub. Pool and area could have been a little cleaner. But all in all, great rental!

Wonderful Place!!

Amazing property, so much room for everyone!!! The photos actually didn’t do the place justice it was even nicer in person! Kids/teens/etc will love the movie room we spent so much time there. Just a heads up for those with littles that if you put your little to bed and are hanging out there isn’t a partial bath on the main floor so you’ll just have to ask to use one of your other guests bathrooms if you don’t want to sneak into your room (as a toddler mom just wanted to point this out haha). The place was super clean, had everything we needed don’t hesitate to book here at all!

2024 Aitkens family vacation

We had an awesome time! The place is beautiful! Our two 7-year-old grandkids had such an awesome time in the pool, hot tub, game room and just being able to play games and things as much as they wanted with so much room. It is such a great set up with everyone having their own bathroom. We would definitely go back!

Very nice and quiet. Very clean. Something for everyone. Grandkids loved the pool and games. Adults loved the hot tub and movie theater. Very large table so we could all eat together. Great experience. Easy instructions no hassles. Loved it

Great Location & Great Stay!

We always love visiting the Smokies and this house and location was great! The house was as described, clean and comfortable throughout. The location was close to Pigeon Forge and many attractions. The property manager was very quick to respond and act when I reached out the first day. All in all, a great stay!

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the Sunshine Bear. Our children enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. Cabin was beautiful and very clean. Great location. Host very quick to answer any questions and correct any issues. Would stay here again.
