  • Hillside Villa is a single family home.
    Located only one mile Downtown Pigeon Forge. 6 minutes to the Island! 2 miles to the Alpine Coaster. 5 minutes to Grocery Store.

    Close to all the shopping, attractions and relaxation that the Smokies offer.

    Our modern Villa has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a game room, open living floorplan, dining and kitchen area with stainless steel appliances, electric fireplace in living room. Dining room table & counter have seating for 12.

    Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, plates, glasses, cooking utensils etc.
    We also offer complementary items (coffee, coffee filters, tea, sugar, creamer). 2 in 1 Carafe and single pod Keurig adaptor Coffee Maker.

    Master bedroom offers King size bed (sheets and towels are provided) , 40” Smart TV
    Two walk in closets, on suite with stand up shower, jacuzzi tub and his/her sinks.
    Two other bedrooms have Queen size beds. They share a hall bathroom with jetted tub and double sinks.

    Downstairs, one room has a Queen size bed and one room has a Queen and 2 twin beds (This room does not have a window).
    Also downstairs, we have set up a brand new game room with pool table, hockey table, foosball table and arcade.

    No cable TV. All TVs are smart or have Roku for streaming.

    Other amenities include sun room, an outdoor patio with a hot tub, park grill and lounging area with fire pit.
    On a clear day you will experience a beautiful view of Mt. Le Conte!
    Guest have access to laundry in unit.

    **Fire Pit is run by a propane tank. One will be provided. You are responsible to refill if you need more. You can refill at the Dollar General around the corner, 2 minutes.**

This home was the perfect place for our family during our stay in pigeon forge. Close to everything and the price was reasonable. We really enjoyed our time there.

Fantastic place! The entire family was so impressed. The kids had fun in the game room, we all loved the hot tub, fireplace, and BBQ. Beautiful place to stay with plenty of room for a family of 10. Bravo!

This house was excellent for our large group of friends to gather and spend time. There were plenty of beds for 7 adults, and enough space for us all to spread out. The kitchen was nicely stocked with plates/utensils/pots/pans etc. It was close to anywhere we wanted to go, while still being located in a quiet, residential neighborhood.

Wonderful Place

The property was very clean and comfortable to stay in. It was absolutely gorgeous and we really liked how close it was to several of the places we wanted to go to during our stay!

A clean property with a well stocked kitchen. Our entire group had fun staying there. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Was not able to enjoy all facilities due to the weather.

Beautiful home. Lots of room & comfortable beds. Nice patio area to hang out. Furniture was spacious with lots of places to sit and relax. Kitchen was well appointed with a great set of pans. This house is perfect for families or friends. Great location to hike in the mountains.

Great stay!

Our family stayed for a week- house was absolutely perfect for our large group( 7 adults, 2 kids), with room to spare! It is centrally located to all Pigeon Forge and Gatlinberg have to offer! While being located so close to everything you still get the mountain feel. Would absolutely stay here again next time we visit!

Beautiful home

The house had plenty of room to spread out with all the necessary things u might need. We loved the game room and the hot tub. Very close to everything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge.

Great location and lovely house!

The house is in a good neighborhood located close to everything in pigeon Forge. It is a very nice house on the inside. It did have steps that was harder on the older adults, but overall it was wonderful!

We enjoyed our little get away house from the fist time we walked in the door. A super cute place in a quaint little neighborhood but still close enough to the strip and attractions. Messaging with the host was super easy in the app itself, she kept me informed and answered my questions promptly and easily. If given the opportunity, we will for sure be staying here again. Spacious and clean and so very inviting. Wonderful wonderful weekend.

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home with many amenities for the family. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. The game room and hot tub were a big hit. Very clean and in a great location. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. Came to area to get married and the home was luxurious & spacious enough for us and our grown kids. No complaints on cleanliness or amenities. Very modern set up and I would recommend.

Our overall stay was very nice. There was plenty of space for all 7 of us, and the house was very clean. I was a little disappointed that the listing offered use of the garage, but upon payment, the house rules said the garage was off limits. We were also very excited for the "top-rated" hot tub, but we had some issues with keeping it warm and losing water. I live in Michigan and we use hot tubs year round so I was surprised how long it took to warm up on cool nights. We were very impressed that our host sent a handyman to look at the hot tub very quickly, but there wasn't much that could be done during our stay. With that said, I would definitely recommend staying here. The house is very nice and the hosts were great.

Nice and pretty

The house was very nice and pretty. Absolutely loved the screened in back porch. Downstairs was great for family and kids time. Living room was beautiful and comfortable. Wish we had more time to enjoy it.

Perfect home, great location

Fabulous home and the location couldn’t get any better. Layout of the house is perfect for multiple families. Kids loved the game room and hot tub and they had their own bedroom. Living room, kitchen and dining room were perfect for together time. We would definitely return next time we are in Pigeon Forge.

Covenient location

Close to all attractions but far enough out to feel like you're in the country. Our kids loved the game room. The adults loved the hot tub. The master bathroom is heavenly. We thought we may have left something there, and the owner was very helpful in facilitating communication with the cleaning crew. Would 100% stay again.

House was roomy and very nice for two families staying there (4 adults, 7 kids). Location was great to Pigeon Forge/Seveirville/Gatlinburg area. Kitchen was nice and well stocked. Kids loved game room. Hot tub was nice. Huge washer and dryer. Host was excellent at responding to questions. Beds were only moderately comfortable and one was extremely creaky. The driveway is VERY steep and would be treacherous in winter. Neighbor dogs did bark a lot at night. Overall, lovely place and a great stay.
