Driveway required 4 wheel drive even though it was dry.. very curvy and narrow, at night almost impossible to see.Specifically asked about TV in master prior to booking as i recently had knee replacement surgery.. was told yes,, no TV when we arrived, message host and was told "we made a mistake, thr TV is in the loft , via a tight spiral staircase.. reminded them that i had surgery and no way I could climb the stairs. Then we were unable to get the TV in the living room to work.. contacted host again and spent 2 hr via messages trying to get it working. They kept asking for photos of the screens and then would send txt messages with instructions to reboot the system to no avail. Was then informed that someone would be out the next morning to take a look at the TV and they woukd keep us informed as to time. Next day, several messages with replies of no ETA.. finally asked how to get with owner as this was unsatisfactory, was told they would pass all this on to owner.. finally about 5:30pm someone showed up.. stated that previous guest must have signed out of the Roku account and we needed to sign in with our account, we told them we did t have an account and we were told that was the only way it would work. When we told the person, that the TV upstairs was working, he took the Roku box and attached it to the downstairs TV so that it worked.Other issues/concerns.. inky 1 shower and very small.. no water pressure and apparently on a well but the water would turn black in the
