The home was absolutely stunning! The view was breathtaking. The game room and pool kept everyone entertained. Three floors with separate balconies allowed everyone to have their own space. The host was excellent with communication. We will definitely be booking again in the near future!

The views were amazing. Driving through the mountain forest was a treat. The cabin was nice and clean. The pool and hot tub were great for adults and kids. The beds were comfortable and pillows were so good. I like that it is in a gated community. Would recommend anyone who wants a cabin feel to stay here and it’s only 15 min away from pigeon Forge.

We absolutely loved our stay at Modern Splash! The house was gorgeous and so well kept. We stayed there with our four kids and there was more than enough room for all six of us. The view was breathtaking - it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. The location was fantastic we were really close to everything in Pigeon Forge/Sevierville. Bobby and Allison were such wonderful hosts - they were in contact with us from the very beginning and were quick to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend and we can't wait to return!

Perfect balance

Beautiful property. Very quiet. No neighbors,ĥbut will have some soon. Awesome views. We can not wait to go back. We walked around the creek and saw a lot of fish and critters. It was fun for everyone that stayed. We shot pool, played Pac Man. Used the hot tub and pool every day :) we had a momma and 2 baby deer directly in woods on back side of the cabin. In the area, we saw, chicken, wild turkeys, skunks, armadillo, bats and moths. We did see a bear in downtown Gatlinburg. The communcation with this host was amazing!

Perfect family getaway

Beautiful home with amazing views. Exactly as pictured and described. Some nearby construction but when in the house unable to hear any noise. With the warmer temperatures, greatly enjoyed relaxing and cooling off in the indoor pool. Highly recommend this place. And greatly appreciated the amazing hosts who were very attentive and responsive with communications.

Tennessee vacation

First off communication leading up to the stay was great, they were very nice and very quick to reply. When we got there the place is absolutely beautiful. The house is set up with everything you need, the bedrooms were great. The view was absolutely beautiful. It was amazing to be able to sit in the hot tub and just relax. Having a private pool was probably my favorite part! Overall the whole house is set up great, the location is great, the hosts were great, and I would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you for letting us experience this stay in the mountains!

Way more than I could have expected

From the moment I pulled up to the house to the first time entering the house I was blown away from the decor and views.my guest and I were speechless,this house was absolutely beautiful and the views were amazing.From the beautiful furniture to the comfortable beds i slept like a baby.The pool was awesome and we had a relaxing time in the hot tub.absolutely loved our stay can’t wait to come back again.

Secluded with AMAZING views

The cabin is just as described. The views cannot be beat. It was quiet and secluded. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, we cooked almost every meal there with comfort and ease.

Beautiful views!

We had an amazing stay at Bobby's cabin! The house was beautiful, the views were even better! You could sit on any of the patios and hear the sounds of the neighborhood stream bubbling. I loved enjoying my coffee in the morning on the deck and a glass of wine in the evening. We woke up one morning to a massive beautiful woodpecker sitting on the railing outside the kitchen window. Our three daughters loved having our own pool, and we enjoyed snuggling on the upstairs couch in the evening to watch a movie. We highly recommend Bobby's cabin and would absolutely stay here again!

Great getaway!

We loved this place so much! The design/decor, the pool and hot tub and the beautiful view. The road was a little steep but not too bad. The kids loved the bunk beds, games and the pool and the adults enjoyed the pool table and soaking in the hot tub. We really liked that it was a gated community. The owners were very quick with replying to questions. 10/10 recommend

AMAZING VIEWS

Modern Splash was PERFECT for our family of four. Plenty of room for everyone with room to spare. The home was immaculate and loved the modern design/decor. Our two boys loved the pool and arcade games, which kept them occupied during our down time in the morning and evenings. The views were absolutely spectacular and I could’ve lived on the decks. Bobby was a great host that answered all of our questions immediately. We cannot wait to come back!

Perfect long weekend

This cabin was perfect. The owners had everything set up perfectly and it was very clean and tidy. We usually stay at Cobbly Knob but that is so far out and this cabin was located close to everything that we like to do. We definitely will be going back soon. Kudos to the owners, this cabin was designed and decorated to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. We loved the pool and hot tub too.
