Our family had such an amazing time at Huckleberry Holler just after Christmas. The cabin itself was decorated beautifully and was just the festive getaway we were hoping for. We had a hiccup with check-in and Gail was beyond accommodating and had excellent communication to ensure we had the best stay. There were so many amazing perks from the hot tub to the games for the kids. We are looking forward to coming back for a future stay. Huckleberry Holler just may become a new tradition!!

The cabin was the cleanest we have ever rented and it was decorated so nicely for the season. It had everything we needed. The hot tub was wonderful. The host was in touch and easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again.

Family Vacation

Beautiful, extremely clean,perfectly located cabin with every amenity a family would need. Great communication from owners (they were very kind) and a super easy check-in process. We will definitely make this our place to stay when we visit Tennessee!!

Great family stay.

We loved everything about this cabin. The owners were quick to respond and so nice. My kids loved the upstairs room with bunk beds and the Wii. We would 100% stay here again!

Fantastic Property & Host!

Spent the week between Christmas and New Years at Huckleberry Holler. The cabin was immaculate and just right for everything we wanted to do. The thing that impressed me the most, however, was Gail, the host. She was incredible with the information she provided, the suggestions she offered and just making sure that our stay was a fun and comfortable as it could be. We would (and will) 10/10 stay at Huckleberry Holler again!

Up, Up & Away! Beautiful property!

We came to Gatlinburg for a once in a lifetime moment to take my 80 year old mother up in a hot air balloon. We booked this absolutely gorgeous cabin for and my husband. Our daughter joined us the night before the flight from North Carolina. We picked my mom the day of the flight. My mom stayed with her best friends in Maryville, TN. The cabin owners made it t possible for our daughter and mother to join us.

Huckleberry Holler is the BEST!

The best possible experience—hands down! We stayed five nights and can’t wait to go back. The owner was so kind and informative—and the place was spotless. We miss our mornings on the porch already! Stay with confidence—this is a great property with a wonderful host!

The owner is very nice to communicate with and she goes the extra mile in providing extra amenities in case you forgot something. The home is beautiful and has everything you could imagine if you wanted to stay at the cabin for rest and relaxation.

Amazing stay

Although I read lots of reviews and use them a lot to make my decisions, I never write them-so this review is to sincerely say that this was a fantastic property. Everything was thought of and provided by the owner. We have stayed at several Vrbos over the years and we were pleased with all of them, but this was easily the best one. The owner is a very thoughtful person and really cares about her property and wants the renters to have a great stay. Highly recommend.

Family vaca 2024

Chose this property based on the description of the listing and it is 100% accurate in its representation. In our many years of renting vacation homes this is by far the most welcoming with the paper supplies, linens, and the nice little touches to make it so welcoming. The pool was close by and very nice. The cabin deck was very enjoyable ceiling fans would be a fabulous addition but very nice as is. Everything about the cabin is terrific. The drive in is not terribly long but if you are not used to twists and hills it does take some getting used too but the cabin is worth it!! If you are looking for a welcoming clean beautiful stay look no further.

Beautiful house

Perfect for a family with teens and Grandma. The kids loved playing pool and ping pong. Very well stocked house with kitchen supplies and games for kids! Lots of useful pamphlets for planning fun. Peaceful neighborhood. We forgot to sign the guest book, but we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your home!

Perfect spring break getaway!

This was the first time my family and I ventured to the mountains, and it was very enjoyable! We instantly regretted only staying three nights :-) I was very impressed with the location of the cabin and how clean and neat it was. It was far enough off the beaten path where we felt like we could really enjoy the mountains and the views, but close enough to the strip in Pigeon Forge where we didn’t feel like it was a haul to enjoy all the touristy activities. The owner was kind and very responsive. We really appreciated all her recommendations as well, as it was our first time visiting. 10 out of 10!

A Standout Among The Others

The resort that Huckleberry Holler is located in has many cabins in it that are listed here on VRBO. Over the past ten years I have stayed in two others but this one was far nicer. For example, the cabin is much cleaner than others we've rented. It's also very private. Several of these cabins are on top of each other and the lights from other cabins shine in. Along with that you can keep the blinds open on this cabin because no one can see in. There are also lots of little things that make a big difference in comfort with this cabin. Great water pressure, the hot water gets to the fixtures quickly, chair height toilets with soft close lids, hand held shower heads, proper lighting for accessing the cabin in the dark, cleanliness. Supplies like soap pumps at the sinks, kitchen consumables, etc. The host is very thorough with all the instructions that you need throughout the process of staying there.

Great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The communication was quick and the owner answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The kids really enjoyed the game room and hot tub. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, food storage containers and Ziploc bags. The only hang up we had was the garbage. We didn't realize how far down the road you had to go to get to the dumpster. After we figured it out, it wasn't a problem.

Just what we needed

The cabin was very clean & welcoming. The wrap around deck was really nice. We had a difficult time locating the pool "key" but the owner responded quickly & we were able to locate the pool "tags", which is all you need to swim. The pool table was small & the top of it was wavy, definitely not for adults to play on but I'm sure younger children wouldn't mind. Overall, it was a nice place to get away!!
