The property was spectacular! Large living room and dining area accommodated 14 adults comfortably. Kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates, silverware although no cooking occurred. Game room downstairs was fun. Bedrooms very roomy and bathrooms were spacious. We wish the gas fireplace burned hotter. It was little more than a few very small flames and it would have been nice for it to actually warm the living room. Other than that small item, everything was 5 star!

A great home away from home!

Its a beautiful house, although somewhat secluded, we loved the privacy. The house was very well equipped with pretty much everything we needed & plenty of space for my family of 15 adults. It was a bit of a challenge to find at first, but its location is minutes away from most of the main attractions! The hosts were easily reachable & very attentive to anything we might have needed. We will definitely book there again!!

Beautiful home! Very clean. Spacious. I did inquire about the smell of the hot tub. I was told it smelled because of the local water. I’m from the mountains of NC and know what sulfa water smells like. This was something totally different. So- please look into the water of the hot tub lol. The washer/dryer was very damp and smelled. Other than those couple minor details it was an A stay! Thank you!

Great trip

This property is perfect for large groups and small groups a like. There was ample of sleeping areas and lots for the kids to do. I would recommend this property to anyone heading to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Great Place To Stay

House had a lot of space and worked perfectly for our family of 10 adults and 4 children. Loved the large deck, beautiful views, and the movie room. Property was quiet and private at the end of the road. All the bathrooms were a big bonus for getting everyone ready quickly to spend more time exploring the area.

Golf Getaway

Excellent property beautiful mountain views, clean house plenty of rooms and beds took 11 adult men for a golf excursion and it was perfect. The last portion of road nearer the cabin is getting sketchy with some major potholes forming and that was truly the only concern.

Great Cabin for the holidays

The cabin was amazing. Everything was clean. It had plenty of cooking supplies and whatever else. Our biggest issue was the cabin has very uneven heating and cooling. Some of the rooms have a heater which worked fine and kept the room warm on there own. I would definitely reccomend they add more trashcans outfront or have a scheduled trash pickup. When you have almost 20 people, you can have a lot of trash quite quickly. We would definitely stay here again and enjoyed our holiday get together! Highly recommended cabin! The owner has great communication when if any problems come up as well.

Great Place for Family and Friends to Gather

We had families from three states meet here for a week. It was large enough to accommodate all of us! Every bedroom had its own bathroom. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, toiletries , and dishes, and cookware. The hosts were quick to respond when we had a question. The wrap around deck had beautiful views and we enjoyed the hot tub and a campfire in the fire pit!

Friends & Family get together

Overall, we had a great time at the cabin. Lots of room with more beds than you know what to do with! A really great game room and theater room. A good sized kitchen with plenty of silverware/cookware and a nice big kitchen table. We did need to buy extra dishwasher detergent, as our group of 13 ran through the initial provided detergent quickly. The deck was roomy and great to spend time on, and the hot tub was awesome to be protected within the screened in porch as well (no bugs!). Also, really nice to have a paved road all the at up to the cabin - easy for any car to get here. Couple of items that could be improved: there is a musty smell that exists in the downstairs, mostly right around the washing machine. It could simply be a case of the well water not being flushed frequently enough, but it was pretty strong when we were there -- we did not end up doing any laundry as a result. Also, the cleanliness of the cabin when we first got there could have been better (e.g., we washed a lot of dishes before using them ourselves and the trash was overflowing in the bear bins when we arrived, but was cleared out later that same day).

Amazing secluded cabin

Everything was amazing about this place. Beautifully decorated, lots to do, breathtaking sunrises. It was the perfect setting for our family get together. Owners checked in with us almost daily in case we needed anything. We will definitely look for this canon again on our next trip

Family thanksgiving 2023

This house and location could not have been better for our family. It was near perfect! The house itself was wonderful, just what we wanted and needed. I was quite nervous, as this was my first time using one of these rental services. We have beach rental condos, but we do the rentals ourselves. We have a trusted cleaner and we have close access to the properties, BUT this was the best experience I could have hoped for. The host (owner/management) was so very responsive and helpful. Comfortable beds, lots to do in the house - comfortably housed my husband and myself, our 3 daughters, 3 sons in law and 14 grandchildren (6-19). Two were not expected to join, but were able. On the only downside, but I feel sure these issues will be corrected as the host was very responsive and willing to address immediately. Before I continue, let me preface that the positives of this property far outweigh the suggestions we have for improvement. On a “little issue” there were not nearly enough forks. There were quite a few light bulbs throughout the house needing replacing. The house needed a good scrubbing. The stuff we found left from previous owners - under beds, in couch cushions, beside washer and dryer was unbelievable - jewelry, books, journals and a lot of dust! But the worst was a dishwasher that had not been run. It stunk, took 3 runs and one pan needed soaking and scrubbing for 2 days. A pot in pantry had sauce baked on, noodles still hanging on. Outside table had food.
