The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living area and the fully equipped kitchen, where you have everything you need to whip up delicious meals inside, or enjoy a fun picnic outside with the BBQ grill. Plus, there`s a handy washer and dryer, along with free high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you connected! The downstairs area includes two full bedrooms, each with an in-room jacuzzi tub.

Head upstairs to the oversized loft area, where you can enjoy endless fun with a pool table! This spacious level also features another full bedroom and full bathroom. Outside, unwind in the relaxing hot tub, fire up the BBQ grill for a cookout, and savor the fresh mountain air.

* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.

* The fireplace is unavailable April 1 to October 1 (Standard for area cabins)
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to bring extras with you or prepare to pick them up during your stay!

*If you have a group larger than 8, our sister cabin `Bearfoot Inn` is located in the same resort and sleeps up to 4 additional guests.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin, on the decks and in the hot tub. Smoking is permitted in the parking area.

*There is a strict no-pet policy.

Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
