Baseball tournament trip.

House was perfect size with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. everything was clean. Only negative was that the king mattress in the main bedroom was awful!

Visiting family

Just a mini vacation to visit family in Sevierville! I was in 1482- the place was clean but the master bed could use a new mattress or at least a topper or something to help make it more comfortable! The top cover had stains so suggest darker colors, it was white. But overall I would recommend using and will return. Host was very reyand reliable

Perfect Location!

We wanted to travel to the Smoky Mountains but didn’t want to stay in a busy downtown area. I found this listing on VRBO and could not have been happier. The rental property is nestled in the back of a quiet hillside neighborhood that is close enough to Gaitlinburg and PF. We spent our nights in the hot tub and found a cute coffee shop nearby. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean upon our arrival. Would highly recommend!

Off the beaten path but close to everything

Nice to have private bathrooms for both bedrooms (upstairs) and 1/2 bath for downstairs. Room enough for small group. Our favorite part was being out of the fray with tourists but close to Dollywood and national park.

Needs work

Great location and neighborhood but the back patio was covered in leaves and mud, not even completely fenced in. the parking lot is busted up and unlevel which caused me to take a bad fall in the dark getting some stuff out of my truck. All of the mattresses in all bed rooms are some of the worst and cheapest mattresses we have ever slept on. I don’t even have back pain or back problems but I woke up every morning with it. All of the toilets are also super small and low to the ground which wasn’t that big of an issue for us but it was definitely uncomfortable.The house was clean and was the typical vacation rental quality but I do not ever hope I have to book here again. I’m not normally someone who writes reviews on places I’ve stayed but this one definitely needs some attention

Nice townhouse

This was a nice townhouse. Everything worked. It was small, but comfortable. Could use a few upgrades. And the combination lock was difficult to open. All in all, i would stay again.

Senior Trip

We greatly enjoyed our time at the rental property. It was relatively easy to find and the neighbors/neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We didn't get to try the hot tub due to the temperature outside (teens). We hope return for our daughters trip in the summer of 2026

Convenient location but terrible IKEA quality

Pro: it is a short drive pretty much everywhere. We were about 15 min from everything we wanted to do. The property was pretty clean and it was mostly quiet. Our kids enjoyed the arcade style video game in the room. Con: Everything was about as cheaply made as it could be. It is clear that this is all about maximizing profit by the owners. I couldn’t hardly sleep at night and contemplated sleeping in the floor because the bed had no box springs or support. It felt like sleeping in a giant version of a child’s crib where the springs are woven into the frame of the bed. Imagine the support of a bad waterbed with the added enjoyment of coil springs jabbing you in the back all night. It was awful. In the entire house the only solid piece of furniture was the couch in the living room. My 9 y/o daughter (about 75lbs) thought she was going to fall to the floor when she went to sit on the chair in the living room. Every piece of furniture looks like and feels like a worn out display from the Walmart home section. The towels were as rough as sandpaper and small (again no doubt because the ownership was too cheap to buy a nice full size bath towel). The property’s proximity to the attractions is great; however, that doesn’t much matter if you can’t hardly move and feel like a zombie because you couldn’t sleep at night. This overall experience was sub-par to any hotel I have ever stayed in.

Wonderful stay!

Everything was great and an amazing place to stay for a few nights! The hot tub was amazing after hiking all day and after a long drive, all of your necessities are taken care of for a short stay so it was perfect and being able to bring the dogs helped alleviate so much stress from the vacation! Would definitely recommend staying at this affordable place! Only suggestions I would say to make the place even better is that the master bathtub really didn’t drain all that well and there were a couple of cracked windows and a broom so we could clean up after the dogs and their hair I really like making sure we clean up when we leave somewhere so I felt bad not being able to sweep up. But as a whole it was an amazing place!

Decent stay but would not work with host again

The place was fine and worked for us as we were just there to go to Dollywood. The day we were to go to Dollywood, our 5 year old was outside by the hot tub and sliced her foot open on a rock. She was bleeding pretty bad so we used a ratty old dishtowel to wrap her foot and stop the bleeding. We cleaned everything up really well and headed to Urgent Care for stitches. When we got home we received a message from the host that we would be charged for the dish towels:(. If your looking for a place to stay, maybe look elsewhere.

Great Stay

Great stay near Dollywood. Locatiob is near all the attractions we wanted to go to. Rooms were neat with retro Video Games the kids like playing and sleeping on the huge bunk beds.

Best vacation EVER!!!

From the moment I booked I felt great about this place but nothing could brace me for how AMAZING this was. The place was magnificent! Clean and quiet! I loved how secluded it is. Perfect distance from everything I mean you couldn’t be more centrally located than that. I will be coming back every year if not twice a year!!!
