This neighborhood is very quiet, secluded yet 3 miles to all the action in the parkway! best of both worlds!! Located in the beautiful wears valley, with close proximity to pigeon forge, Dollywood and the Great Smoky National Park.

Guests have access to the entire cabin and its amenities, including the indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, pickleball court, fire pit, kitchen, and outdoor areas. Free parking is available directly in front of the cabin on a flat, parallel gravel pull-off with room for up to 6 vehicles

Smoky Mountain View pairs mountain scenery with space to relax, play, and gather. The main-entry level includes a primary suite with a fireplace, a wall of windows, room-darkening shades, and a spa-like bathroom with a vanity and walk-in shower. The lower level features your own indoor heated pool and sauna.

Highlights include: • Private hot tub, drained and cleaned after every guest • Pickleball court, wood-burning outdoor fire pit, Gas grill, and outdoor furniture • 5 Roku smart TVs, including TVs in the living room, bedrooms, bunkroom, and outdoor area • Game console and board games • 1-gig Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace for streaming or working remotely • Central air conditioning, heating, and an indoor fireplace • Washer and dryer

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker with Keurig and drip options, toaster, crock pot, blender, rice maker, cookware, dishes, and spices. A Pack ’n Play and high chair are available for younger guests.

A $300 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure if no damages are reported.
Purchase cancel for any reason travel insurance to protect you in the event of weather that would make roads impassable to vehicles with AWD.. No smoking inside or with doors/windows open/near doorways. Violations will forfeit the security deposit and be liable for related damages**
There are some sections of paved but steep, small two lane mountain roads. AWD/tire chains highly recommended in seasons of heavy rain or freezing temperatures.
Due to construction on our street, you may encounter noise that is beyond our control. No refunds or discounts can be provided for external factors.
Please do not litter and throw trash/beverage containers into the forest/off of the deck. Excessive cleanup fee will be applied on an hourly basis for littering.
Please do not tamper with our cameras or WIFI. Disconnection of the WIFI or cameras will result in a service all charge and a visit from our security team.
4wd vehicles/tire chains are required for seasons with elevated risk of freezing temperatures, sleet or snow (October-April).
This is a cabin in the woods. We have monthly pest control treatments both inside and outside of the property. You may encounter bugs/pests during your stay, please bring mosquito spray (if needed). Refunds are not offered for bugs. The hot tub is drained and cleaned after each guest. It is on well water and has the BEST mineral, whole-house filtration system available on the market. You may notice mineral or iron staining at the waterline of the hot tub, the hot tub is not dirty and is sanitized and shocked for optimal cleanliness for every single stay It can take up to 6 hours to reach optimal temperature. Please allow time night of check in for water to heat. Please do not sit on the hot tub cover and recover the hot tub whenever it isn't in use. No glass, food/drinks, pets, oils/soaps, debris of any kind are allowed in the hot tub. Do not climb on or sit on the hot tub cover. Damage/excessive cleaning due to hot tub condition will result in forfeiture of security deposit and service fees.
PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE BEARS, it is a crime. LOCK ALL CARS upon exit and do not leave food in your car. Lock the front door, especially while cooking. They WILL open car doors and get into trash that is left outside. This is a cabin in the mountains. Viewing wildlife from a safe distance and with appropriate precaution is part of the Smoky Mountain experience.
Motion activated security cameras are present onsite, located at the front door entry and pointed at the driveway. They record 24/7. There are NO cameras pointed at private spaces or inside.
PROVIDED
- Starter pack of paper towels & toilet paper, laundry soap, dish detergent, trash bags, hand soap, bodywash/shampoo/conditioner, coffee pods and sugar are provided to help kick off your stay! We recommend that our guests stop at the nearby grocery stores for additional items to last the duration of your visit.
-Bath towels, kitchen towels, bed linens, beach towels for the hot tub.
-The kitchen is fully loaded with spices, plates, glasses, silverware, skillets, pots/pans, toaster/crock pot, cooking utensils, etc.

Items that you may want to bring: food, beverages, coffee, coffee filters (basket type), napkins, foil, plastic wrap/Ziplock bags and extra laundry detergent.

MOUNTAIN DRIVING
-All Wheel Drive (AWD / 4x4) will be required to reach the cabin in snow/ice (Oct-April).
-We strongly suggest winter tires or chains if snow or ice is forecasted, as they can significantly enhance traction and control and could be necessary on steep mountain roads.
-To see our big views you must drive up! Some spots will have a steep incline. The parking area is a flat, gravel pull off directly in front of the cabin and has room for up to 6 vehicles. Parking is directly in front of cabin in space provided for it.

MOUNTAIN LIVING
– Bears are VERY smart; they know how to open unlocked car doors.
– Critters may find their way in; we have regular pest control.
- Power/Internet outages may occur in extreme weather. The well requires power – if there’s an outage, water will stop once the tank runs dry.
-Cell service may be limited in some areas. Please download maps offline and enable Wi-Fi calling to avoid connectivity issues. 3

Property has Smart tvs in every bedroom! We have a 1 gig internet connection so everyone can be doing something online and not be affected by the others actions.
