Ok but not as good as expected
Cleanliness was not great. Cleaners supposedly cleaned day of our arrival however, upon arrival we found spider webs with spiders. We had to push all the garbage bags down into the cans because the cleaners didn't so if we put something in the cans it would fall out. Outside areas and chairs were very dirty so we weren't able to use them. Hot tub had alot of buildup that appeared to be from cleaning tablets and maybe the well water. Couch bed was hard to open but once we were able to open it, it was obviously not cleaned in a while. There was a shirt, food and a lighter on the mattress along with body hair and other dirt so we couldn't use that 1st night. They did come back and clean couch bed and hot tub but didn't clean the outdoor areas when requested. The hot tub was slightly inproved with the clean but there was still alot of nasty build up that if we would wipe it. it would come off. We weren't aware there would be well water which wasn't pleasant but is understandable given this is on the Smokey Mountains. It did ruin some of our light color clothes we washed. The fan in the bedroom downtains was very annoying and made loud noises the whole time it was on which was very frustarting especially when trying to sleep. On the positive side, the property manager was very kind and responded to messages quickly. There were utensils and kitchen items that came in handy such as a blender, silverware and dishes. The location was convenient and it was nice to be on the mountain.
