I paid for this vacation months in advance. 3 days before arrival I was told the home failed inspection due to a window not opening. Although the host did refund our money this left us little time to find another place to stay. We booked a 4 bedroom as we needed a 4 bedroom and were offered a 2 bedroom or a refund. We took the refund but didn’t get the money actually in our account until after our trip. Just overall poor experience.
