We absolutely loved this home!! It was perfect for adults and kids(3yo-11yo). The multiple king bed options were perfect and having the game room/ theater room downstairs was even better! Super clean, gorgeous and great location! The Christmas decorations were seriously the best touch ever during our December stay!!! Loved it all!

The cabin was a great weekend stay for our group of 10. The location was perfect for the attractions we were planning on visiting that weekend. The kids and teens were all entertained by the game room, movie room and hot tub. We will keep this listing in mind when we plan another trip to Sevierville.

The bedrooms accommodated all of pur group and the kids loved the kids bunk room. We enjoyed the theater room and the game room. Everything was nice, new, and very clean. We hope to stay again!

Annual Golf Trip

Take a trip every year with about 8 to 10 adult men for golf trip. Cabin was perfect for sleeping everyone comfortably and also plenty of room for watching games.

There was a beeping noise in our bedroom for 2 nights that kept us awake. The maintenance man had to come twice to get it fixed. The hot tub was dirty and we had to call housekeeping to come and clean it. There was no chlorine in it. I feel we should be refunded one night for all the inconveniences.

Christmas get away

Overall a great place to stay with convenient location. Has a lot of amenities such as a game room, theater room, and hot tub. Not a lot of kitchen supplies and linens. There was also no Christmas decorations for our Christmas weekend.

While the house and neighborhood are beautiful, the check in process was not great. They gave me the wrong address on the Vrbo listing so we went to the wrong cabin. They were also late to send us the code to get in the house. The house does not have a grill or a garbage disposal. The movie room and game room is nice and the beds are comfortable.

Nice home that is conveniently located

Property was convenient to convention center and main thoroughfare. Nice, clean, spacious, and plenty of room. Could use more pillows on beds and it is lacking in water pressure in the shower which is surprising considering it is a brand new home. Nothing worse than having insufficient water pressure on vacation, but overall it was a nice property. Would recommend.and we will be staying again. Property management was quick to respond to a small issue we had during our stay, which is a plus! Kudos

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we loved everything about this house and location. And very quiet and relaxing community. The only issue we came across when arriving this house was not very clean, the floors were dirty and we found a lot of previous visitors stuff like dirty socks, and food remains under the couches.

I would suggest adding a few more "must haves" to the kitchen. Could use some mixing/measuring bowls maybe a vessel to make tea or lemonade in. The hot tub was not on when we got there, because the breaker had been flipped, but warmed up fairly quick so we could enjoy it a little.
