Priced high but over a decent cabin.

The cabin was nice, but it seemed unfinished and had missing blinds leaving views for a neighboring cabin. We bought donuts to have for our first morning there and they were infested with ants when we went to get them from the counter that morning. We were all fighting ants in our rooms and beds which was annoying. A lot of the doors need to be slammed to shut properly making it hard to be quiet with sleeping kids. The driveway is terrible to use and has overgrown brush that rubs/scratches the vehicles. The cabin is spacious and the amenities were good, I just feel like the price point is high for the issues we had. There was also an incident where a huge family in 4 separate vehicles pulled into the tiny drive and interupted us during dinner because the cabin was double booked. So I spent an hour talking with them and trying to figure out the issue, it was an uncomfortable situation... All that being said, I would stay there again if the price was generously lowered.

Spectacular Home Needing Some Attention

The property is undeniably beautiful, offering an aesthetically pleasing environment, a prepared kitchen, stocked bathrooms, and bedding with extra blankets. I cannot say enough how beautiful the home is, however, we found it wasn't entirely as advertised, leading to some unexpected discrepancies .I would recommend reading reviews outside of VRBO on this property group and others as we noticed some trends. We found items belonging to previous tenants, including drug paraphernalia, which they apologized for, a sock, and a bag of trash under a bed. Additionally, aspects did not fully match online descriptions or photos. The hot tub shows clear, clean water, but it was actually murky brown water during our stay. We were told this was due to well water and completely safe to swim in, though we were not comfortable using it in this condition. Other properties have similar responses so this may be circumstantial, but remains not as advertised.An air hockey table was shown; however, this was not working during our stay and was not serviced when reported. The terrain outside the cabin was not the trimmed grassy area depicted, instead, overgrown weeds up to our knees and waists (higher in some places) and not walkable. I would still cautiously recommend this gorgeous property however, prospective renters should inquire directly about cleanliness on arrival and specific features important to them.

Can’t beat this property

Awesome stay very close to every attraction from Dollywood to Gatlinburg. An abundance of wildlife in a very beautiful secluded cabin. The cabin was outstanding very clean with every amenity you would want. The views from the the balconies were awesome. We saw bears on two different occasions (2) as well as dear turkey, numerous rabbits, and even a skunk! I would definitely recommend this place, which also has a very Attentive owner.

This was our first trip to Tennessee and couldnt of picked a better place to stay. Kids loved the pool! Would definitely stay again!

Home away from home

Great cabin, super clean, modern, great rooms and super clean and new bathrooms. Loves the living room great open space, loved the porch and outdoor jacuzzi, nice views, kids loved home theater and games. Pool is very nice and my kids really enjoyed it. The ramp to get to the cabin is little narrow and turn is hard if you have a long vehicle. Would have been nice to have a grill and fire pit. But overall, loved the cabin, super piece full, clean and modern.

Beautiful mountain home

The cabin sat up the hillside with a beautiful view, especially from the hot tub. It was great for two families to share and plenty to do inside while not being too far away from the areas tourist spots. The house is new and has a small indoor pool which is nice, but it doesn't seem like anyone has lived there yet and so little things like not enough towel hooks and no bath mats were noticeable but didn't detract from our stay. The house was pretty well supplied with baby gear, including baby gates, a pack and play, plates/cups/bowls and utensils for kids, and a high chair which were all in great condition. The hot tub was awesome. We'd love to come back!!

Asian Lady Beetle Infestation

We left two days earlier than scheduled. Beautiful on the outside, but held a secret we didn’t expect. On our second day, we noticed some lady bugs, so we thought. Third day, a little more, and so on! It was infested with these Asian Beetles and then the wasps came too. When they came into our bed while we were sleeping, that was it. Their excuse was that it was recently acquired and they can’t spray chemicals. Are you kidding me. Sent pics of the hundreds of beetles and still no alternative to keep their customers happy. So we had to leave earlier than we wanted to. Not satisfied for the money we spent for a 12 day stay.

Beautiful, peaceful views

The property was gorgeous! Plenty to keep kids and adults of all ages busy. Loved the indoor pool and theatre room. Communication with the owner was excellent, I look forward to staying again!

Beautiful home and property

Exactly what we were looking for and more!

The house and property was everything we imagined and more! This cabin has so much to offer and more! We were able to enjoy being secluded but a short 20 minutes from all the activities Pigeon Forge/Sevierville offered! The cabin is the perfect layout from the bedrooms, theatre room, and pool! The bathroom aside from the pool was a game changer for us! We were never bored while at the cabin because we were able to enjoy the pool, game and theatre rooms! Definitely will be visiting again!
