The Space:

Hochatime blends the modern perks of a recent-new build with the warmth and charm of a Smoky Mountain getaway. Just minutes from Sevierville, the home feels wonderfully removed from the bustle, with a peaceful meadow across the road and a quiet country setting to come home to after a full day of exploring. Inside, the spacious layout gives families and larger groups plenty of room to gather, spread out, and settle in comfortably.



The main living area is bright, modern, and welcoming, with generous seating, a large Smart TV, and an electric fireplace that makes an easy gathering place for movie nights, slow mornings, or winding down together at the end of the day.



Nearby, the fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to cook, snack, and linger over meals. The large island doubles as a breakfast bar, giving everyone another casual place to gather.



We’ve thought carefully about the little details that make a group stay feel easy—from having plenty of room to be together to creating comfortable spaces where everyone can relax in their own way.

The property is conveniently located near major roads, making it easy to reach Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, restaurants, shopping, and family attractions. Convenient for 2WD.



🎢 Pigeon Forge & Dollywood are a short drive away, while Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park are also easily accessible by car.



📍 Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft may be available, but availability can vary.



Other Things to Note:

Extra guests or pets will be charged at $250 per violation. No parties nor additional occupancy at any time during stay.

Pets are welcome here - up to two dogs. No other pets besides dogs are permitted. Dogs must be crated if left behind. Guests are responsible for damages or extra cleanign fees. Unauthorized pets will be charged at $250 each. Damgaes upon survey.

There is NO smoking in the house of tobacco, marijuana nor vaping. Evidence of such will result in a $500 fine for ozone machine and surplus cleaning. Bears are common to the area. Keep doors and cars lockdown, and never feed bears.
