Note the location! This is 20 min from Pigeon Forge & 40 min from Gatlinburg which adds to driving. The bedrooms were nice. The master on the main floor had an odd metal box spring that squeaked with EVERY movement which made it difficult if you toss/turn. The other beds were all kid approved. Note the main floor only bathroom is thru the master bedroom; it would have been nice to have access from another way. Also this cabin is listed for 11 people but it isn’t set up well to be together. The main living room has 1 couch & 1 chair which is comfortable seating for 4. If you are watching TV, others in your party would have to sit on the floor, a stool or at the kitchen table. There is room for an additional couch/loveseat, which would make it better for families. There is large pic window which had a great view but very bright in am/no cover. Game room is nice. One game needed quarters so we did not play that one. It is a great area for the kids but again, no seating if everyone wants to be together. The video games are LOUD & can be heard on the main floor bc there is nothing to absorb the sound (rugs, curtains, doors). The pool, hot tub and outdoor area looked nice but we ended up not using them do to other activities/ getting home late. The cabin has gates at all the stairways and the pool room is locked, which is amazing if you have little ones! The kitchen area was well stocked. Needs newer/ more towels; some had bleach spots & looked old; had 1 kitchen towel.
