Located in a nice, quiet spot not in town but less than 20 min from most everything. The house was great, everything worked and the host was working daily to take care of the pool. Great stay!

Exactly what we were looking for... a charming, kid-friendly bottom floor level in a picturesque valley. Flowers and porch swings throughout the grounds, a sparkling saltwater pool, and most importantly, friendly, sweet, generous hosts. Wonderful beds, a tiny but very well stocked kitchen, and calm, relaxing atmosphere. Thank you so much, Roger and Debbie!

Hosts were EXTREMELY friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond. The place was perfect location and had everything we needed. Wish the pictures and description of the kitchen was a bit clearer but we made it work! My only suggestion is to bring things that would fit a camper sized fridge and oven. The pool was the highlight of the trip. Pet friendly, too! Would definitely stay here again!

Our family had an amazing stay at this property! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and right at home.The highlight for our family was definitely the pool. It was clean, well cared for, and provided hours of fun and relaxation for both the kids and adults. This was a great place. Roger and Debbie were terrific host and very accommodating. The pool was great and our granddaughter loved it. It could not have been any better and we look forward to staying again.

Rodger and Debra have a really special place. It's a beautiful property, and they are extremely kind. I would absolutely stay here again. As far as location, I really loved where we were. A couple minutes from Paw Paw's catfish, which we all highly recommend now, plus a short drive to pigeon forge on more of a back road so there's not so much traffic. We really loved our stay. The house is beautiful, the porch swings are lovely, and the property owners are invested in making sure you have a nice time. If you have the chance, stay here!

Better than we could have imagined!

Debbie and Roger were dream hosts. Our experience was theirntop priority. The location is perfect, and the property itself was better than pictured/described. This was our best vacation yet, and a large part of that was due to our experience at Seven Swings!
