You are just minutes to the Arts and Crafts community, the Greenbrier entrance to the National Park and 10 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg - Amazingly convenient location yet quiet, easy to access and secluded.

    Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

    Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

    We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

    This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. A cute cabin, a beautiful view, hard bed

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is gorgeous, and the view is spectacular. The only complaints I have were the driveway up to the cabin or coming down from it was hard to tell if anyone else was coming or going in the other two cabins, and if someone was coming up, it forced the person coming down to back up a very steep hill. Complaint two was the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Last complaint was there was only one roll of toilet paper, as a person with Crohn’s it would have been nice to know I would have to supply my own.

The cabin was surprisingly clean and beautifully decorated as I have OCD and struggle with having things cleaned so this place was a total blessing.I didn't have to do anything but just enjoy the moment. Thank you all for such a wonderful and pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend this cabin 🥰🥰🥰

Also, would suggest putting a couple more hooks in the bathroom. No place to hang towels, etc.

Reviewer Comments: We booked from reading reviews on this cabin and words that we were looking for was used by different people. Privacy, quiet, honeymoon cabin, anniversary cabin etc... It was a nice cabin and clean. But it was not what we were expecting. There was a cabin out our front door and from thr deck there was a house down to the right that we could see and a cabin to the left so it was not at all thr privcy that we thought it would be. There was also the main road below the cabin and the road noise was very strong on the weekend and still a lot during the week although it did slow down a bit. So while it was a nice and beautiful cabin we would not choose this cabin again. The staff at Elk Springs Resort were very nice and check in was super easy. So it just depends if you want privacy or not with this one cabin. I did learn to talk with someone in person to ask for such request.

Exceeded my Expectations

The Forrest view was nice and it was a straight shot to downtown Galtinburg. The bed was very comfortable, we stayed in some days. Definitely would recommend.

The game room in the basement was really fun and definitely came in handy on the days/ nights it was raining so we stayed in. One thing I will say is please remove any visible cobwebs. There were two big ones in the shower area that if I had a swifter wand I would have taken care them myself.

This rental is easy to get to but far enough from the road you can’t see anything and you FEEL like you are out in the middle of nowhere. It was no more than 15 minutes to get to downtown Gatlinburg, making it the perfect home base for our weekend, the hot tub, porch, and other amenities added to the experience and was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day walking downtown.

Parking is tight-there is a cabin right across from this one (not a drawback at all-just to let people know!).

Poor property maintenance and many problems!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a series of problems with our cabin that was rented from elk Springs resort. Upon arrival, we could not get into the cabin with the code needed and reached out to customer service. He was able to get us in in a reasonable amount of time. The first night the heat did not work. The maintenance man came out and said it was working, but it was certainly not. They came out again the second day and did get it working. While in the cabin we found that the air hockey table was weird and the puck would not stay on the table. The basketball hoop was missing batteries. The worst of the trip was that after the snowstorm, the property company elk Springs resort basically said that they are not responsible to clean the driveway or property and left us on our own. They offered us to stay another night at an adult reduce straight, but certainly did not offer any solutions on how to get off of the mountain. The driveway was absolutely horrendous to get in and out of the cabin and it should’ve been their responsibility.

We could have easily spent the day just relaxing in the cabin! It was beautiful! The hot tub had been drained and refilled upon arrival so you have peace of mind that it’s been sanitized for you. Fun Little Adventure

The layout was a little unexpected in that the top floor was an open loft area with a bed, and the downstairs was where the excitement was. My only real complaint is the staircase was a little wobbly and there was a dvd player with no DVDs to watch. If you’re looking for a simple place to have fun and be able to stay all day at a cabin, then this place is just right for you. Other than the road noise, sitting out on the balcony was calm and relaxing. Definitely and interesting stay overall.

The cabin was just as beautiful as described on the website. Also Elk Springs was communicative, thoughtful, and helpful throughout our whole stay, especially when we had a problem with our hot tub. The check in and check out process was so easy and went smoothly as well. We can't recommend them and the cabin enough!

Cozy, but wouldn’t recommend

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bed wasn’t overly comfortable. The kitchen table has crumbs on it. There was a clump of hair on the bathroom floor. Someone spilled soda in the cup holder of a chair downstairs that wasn’t cleaned up. The stairs going downstairs are terrifying in my opinion. The downstairs bathroom was used as a storage closet and not usable. There was also an open pocket knife left on the bedside table. One of the lamps in the bedroom was broken and there was a burnt out bulb in the bathroom. The noise from the road was loud. I didn’t feel safe out near the sides of the cabin since it was a steep hill and no fencing to stop you. It was cozy, though, and the sauna tub was lovely. I personally would not book this cabin again, though.

My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub and games downstairs!
