Stayed a long weekend here, the house was perfect!! Wonderful views. Quiet area. Clean place, beds were comfortable. Had a fantastic time. Will definitely look here first for future trips.

Where to start??? If you want to sleep on urine stained, broken down mattresses, filthy blankets and unwashed sheets- still had makeup on on pillow and Cologne or after shave smell still on sheets, this the place!! This cabin dont sleeps 10 people, maybe8 if doubled up in beds. Futon was buried behind airhockey and pool table. No place to hang clothes, closets and dressers packfull of stuff, dirty dishes in sink, broken foor tiles through out, stained carpets, kitchen floor dirty, broken blinds on main floor bedroom. There is no comfy patio furniture, just old and one broke rocking chairs. Bottom deck had old mattress and tv sitting in corner. Had to buy batteries for 2 remotes. Limited parking, maybe for 2 small cars. I travel at least 10+ times a yr and this my 1st bad review. I knew when pulled up and seen all the trash everywhere on that property, in trees and yards, that this was going to questionable. I paid for cleaning fee and we cleaned and wiped stuff down right when we got there. Beaware!!! Location from main strip was good. Sorry, but have a little bit more love for your property when you charge this much.

Awesome place to stay . Would stay again. Homely feeling . All your needs peace and quiet but not but 5 min-8 minutes from all the kids enjoyments . Owner is very communicative. I had a couple of question and answered in timely fashion .

First and foremost, the host was extremely friendly and accommodating. The cabin itself was very clean and suited our needs perfectly. It was very close to everything we planned to do and had a great view from the rear deck. Being at the top of a mountain it was quite peaceful and relaxing. We even were able to see a momma bear and her three cubs strolling around in the area. We would most definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location. Quick, easy access to Pigeon Forge and all they have to offer. Close to Gatlinburg. Cabin had plenty of sleeping space with 4 bedrooms.

We had a good stay. A couple things worth mentioning. The property manager although responsive, should go through the home after a stay and ensure the items posted in VRBO are all there. Examples, when we arrived there was no blow dryer, no pucks for air hockey, the tips on cue sticks were gone, ping pong net was broken. Some of the furniture was in disrepair. Issue with garbage, was not allowed to throw it in the dumpster and was told to take it 10 min away from property. House was beautiful, and view was gorgeous. Property manager needs to maintain drive which has many holes and the garbage that the bears hauled out was not cleaned up the entire time we were there. Even though we ran across these issues, We did enjoy ourselves.

Celebrated a buddys birthday here a while back and came back 2 years later for my bday, The Host has always been a great pleasure, on time, and sweet as candy when it came to communication. Property wise, If your looking for enough space to allow plenty of guest, this property is great. If you're looking for a budget trip with your group, Look no further and wait no longer to text them :) This cabin wont let you down esp when downtown pigeon forge is only like 7 mins away.

Wonderful off the beaten path Location. Tons of room inside with amazing views of the mountains. Very short drive to pigeon forge and lots of other attractions. Only minor complaint wish it had a hot tub on the deck like some others, and some of the games inside were a little older.

The cabin has a great view and is a great location. The reason for the 3 stars was the master bedroom. The king bed needs replaced badly. There is a large depression in the middle of the bed and it is impossible to sleep on the two sides for two people. Add to that there is a window air conditioner blowing right on the head. We got very little sleep.

Great stay for Spring break with the family. It was the perfect size for us, everyone was comfortable. Safe and fun with adequate entertainment indoors for the rainy days(pool table, air hockey, board games etc..)The cabin was mostly clean, just a bit dusty(allergies were not having it)Perfect location 15 or less mins to The fun Island in Pigeon Forge where there is enough fun and food to keep you entertained for a few days. About 30mins to the Smokey Mountain Natioal Park.I took off 1star because all the beds were uncomfortable and one of the sheets/blanket was stained.

Jeri was very nice checking in on us to see if we needed anything during out stay. The cabin had everything we needed to fix our Thanksgiving meal down to a mixer. It was at the very top which in turn gave you a beautiful view. We had 3 vehicles and just enough parking for those 3 only. Had enough space and rooms for everyone in the cabin. The only complaint everyone had was their matress. Everyone said they needed a new matress on their bed. Upstairs bathroom there was hardly any water pressure so if you have a lot of hair I suggest using kitchen sink in order to get soap out or one of the other bathroom showers. The remote controls to TV was difficult to use on all the TV's . You couldn't just have regular cable TV remote for cable it was roku and it was just hard to navigate channels. Also hot tub still wasn't working which was a bummer. But overall it was a very nice cabin just needs a few things updated. Jeri was the BEST host.

The view at this house is beautiful. It had good space for our family gathering. However it could use some updates to the bedding and would be great if there were hand towels in each bathroom as well as enough towels and washcloths for the number of guests it sleeps.

The check in was easy the property was close to everything amazing views it had everything for our family to enjoy I do wish the hot hub was working but we knew ahead of time it may not the beds were super comfortable there was plenty of room for our family we even seen a bear super exciting
