Pros: Location, good area close to town. No crazy driveway or dirt roads. Lower level area was great for the kids. Easy check in and out. Hot water was really hot. NIce view.Cons: NO welcome package with house instructions. No instructions to operate hot tub, fireplace or TV.Smart streaming TV without basic channels like ESPN to watch the football games. We reached out to staff and will not provide the pin number for us to install YouTube TV on the Roku TV. We had a firestick and took forever to setup but were able to watch the games in terrible quality and buffering forever because of terrible internet. The owner said the internet is sporadic. Well, get satellite TV then not streaming. No wine opener. When we got there the cover of the hot tub was on the ground with pieces of foam everywhere. old hot tub that the temperature can't be regulated. It did get hot but to hot for the kids to get in it. The main TV in the lower level was not functional. would have been nice to have because couches downstairs are more comfortable than the ones upstairs. Ligths outside were not great and was quite dark. No chritsmas lights of any kind. We stayed in Georgia during Chritsmas before and the vrbo was nicely decorated with lights and tree. Overall don't recommend. We will definetly not stay here again.
