Apartamento de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con magníficas vistas al río Guadalquivir. Situado en la pintoresca calle Betis de Triana. Otras vistas dan al puente de Triana, la plaza de toros La Maestranza, la Torre del Oro y la Giralda. Capacidad para alojar 4+2 personas.

Los interiores de estilo neoclásico están decorados de forma elegante y moderna. Predominan la solería de mármol blanco y paredes de tono azul claro. Los techos altos dan una sensación de confort y espacio.

El salón-comedor tiene dos grandes ventanales con bonitas vistas al río. Equipado con 2 sofás, mesa de centro, mesa comedor y sillas. La cocina está bien equipada con horno, lavavajillas y lavadora incluidos.

Dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio y armario. Un amplio ventanal de doble acristalamiento reduce los ruidos exteriores mientras disfruta de las vistas al río. El segundo dormitorio da al patio interior de la casa. Tiene 2 camas individuales y un mueble-litera plegable con 2 camas más. Cuarto de baño privado con bañera.

Hay un segundo cuarto de baño disponible con bañera.

Betis Triana se encuentra en la segunda planta de un edificio recién reformado, con ascensor. El apartamento ofrece acabados de alta calidad y vistas únicas: el río Guadalquivir aparece como una extensión del salón.

Great Location

Really impressed with the communications recieved from the time of our booking to the arrival. We were able to check in earlier which was really helpful as I had an early morning flight. Jaou who met me arrived on time and went through everything with me about the appartment. He couldnt have been more helpful. The views are just like the ones in the advert and it was lovely looking out at the river. The appartment was also great value for money.The only thing I would mention for anyone staying is the front bedroom can get a lot of noise at the weekend as you are located on a vibrant street by the river and people are out late. I throughly enjoyed my stay.

Primo location, Helpful Property Manager, Well Appointed

We had a great stay. The location on Calle Betis, looking out at the river and directly across from the Maestranza, really cannot be beat. The view is phenomenal. The place itself is very large and has the feel of staying at someone's grandma's place (which it almost surely was at one time). The Nespresso machine was a little wonky but everything else worked great, including the washing machine, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. (and air conditioning, which worked very well). You can walk to anyplace in Triana and are just a couple of blocks from the bridge which takes you right into the Centro and all it has to offer. If we were to return, we would happily stay there again.

Outstanding riverfront view in Triana

Wonderful apartment along the river with an incredible view of Sevilla. Close to the Triana mercado, Triana bridge, and abundant dining options. Be aware of the street noise,as it is a very busy area. The only suggestions for improvement would be to add a bracket for the hand held shower in the ensuite bathroom and have more bed pillows.

Great find !

Two couples traveling. We loved staying here. Right across the from the river gives the place amazing views. Can watch the boats go by. 10 minute walk to Seville- right across the bridge. 3 minute walk to Triana Market. One room had twin beds- not ideal for two couples but everything else outweighed this.

Wedding Weekend

We loved the apartment, location and management. We got married in Sevilla over the weekend and it was one street over from church. It was a perfect setting for me to get ready with my mom and to enjoy the view with my husband. Thank you so much!

Seville hot spot

The property is ideally located with great river views and easy walking distance to the historic area. The apartment is secure, well appointed and clean. Plus, there are many restaurants, grocery and shopping very close by. Our host was very accommodating by letting us store our luggage until the property was cleaning. There are restaurants below that stay open late so it was a bit noisy late into the evenings. We would absolutely recommend and would use this property again.

It’s all about that view

Charming flat in a great location. The large windows in the living room and bedroom have an amazing view of the river and Seville. Calle Betis is busy, but not too busy, we enjoyed watching the activity on the street and the river. Master bedroom is nice, again, love the view. Plenty of storage. 2nd bedroom is appropriate for children, my 18 yo daughter preferred the couch. Kitchen is nice and well supplied. We were without elevator and wifi for most of our stay. Nobody at fault, but inconvenient, those amenities would have been nice. There is a bad smell in the courtyard of the building. We did not notice the odor in the unit, but when you first walk into the building, the odor is very noticeable. We enjoyed our stay, we would stay there again. Hosts were responsive and kind.

Apartment with a view and great location

We stayed for a month so we really got to know the place. Easy check in as Damián met us out front. Damián was great to work with during our entire stay. The apartment could have been cleaner upon arrival so we spent time cleaning to our liking. As others mentioned it’s dated but comfortable and spacious. A fully functional kitchen was much appreciated. Some days but not all, there would be sewer-like smells coming from the bathroom. But we bought air fresheners so it was fine after that. You can’t find a better location for views and to explore both sides of the river. We loved walking everywhere. But Calle Betis is a busy road so you have to be able to handle noise. We liked the vibe and view so it was not an issue for us. Also, the internet was fantastic for those who require a decent connection. In summary we are glad to have stayed at the apartment and dealing with Veo Apartment staff made the experience even better.

Great location!

Beautiful view of the river and a short walk from all the sights in Seville. There are numerous restaurants and cafes on this active “strolling street”. The apartment is not especially updated and a bit rough around the edges but it was comfortable and the view and location can’t be beat!

Best location in Seville

We absolutely loved this place. Landlord greeted us and was quick to respond with a small plumbing problem. Very spacious, clean, comfortable and well decorated. We spend two weeks and it felt like home. We would come here again. Great deal!

Gorgeous view, close to action

We loved our stay and the attentiveness of Manuel. The view is amazing and walking distance to the historic sites. The place is on a road with lots of restaurants which we loved but was a little loud at night so if looking for a quiet place this may not be it. We did not mind though and closing the windows blocked out alot.

Stunning location

We had a fabulous time. The spacious apartment is right on the river with a magical view of bridges and the historic centre. Restaurants, cafes are on the doorstep and the delectable Triana traditional food market is a few minutes away. Perfect for foodies!
